The LeafFilter sales rep was pushy and rushed the entire process. After the job was sold (but before the work was done) he acted like I was bothering him asking any questions and referred me the 1 800 number to answer any more questions. The sales rep had no association or relationship with the contractor that did the work. In the end I don't think the LeafFilter sales rep gave me the correct advise on which gutters to go with and found the fact that there was no communication between the contractor doing the work and the sales rep selling the work a bad experience. I would not use LeafFilter again for these reasons.

Will was very friendly and responsive. We had a small gutter repair job, but his drone photos showed we had multiple spots where the same thing was happening. They fixed it all the next day. Reasonably priced. Didn't try to sell us anything we didn't need! Would use these folks again without question.

Our gutter system is worse after hiring this company. There?s major water overflow after rain and standing water & debris in our system. They?ve attempted to repair our system 3 times and our gutters still don't work. I?ve tried calling the customer support numerous times with issues and to request a refund for 2 months now. There?s still no resolution. Tucker Perkins, operations manager, and Daniel, regional trainer, are working together to falsify reports/inspections and are running an unethical business.

Starting with customer service: the company call center representative I spoke with was useless. All I wanted to know was a timeframe to expect our contractor to arrive and all she could was read a script. Probably not US based. The contractor who did arrive was great. Really nice guy. Answered my questions and worked efficiently. The only thing was that when he picked his supplies, whoever prepped the order didn’t include everything, so he had to drive across the area to find the last part. Our sales rep was a young guy, knowledgeable about the process. He was good, relatable. No complaints.
