Water Main - Install, Replace or Repair
I had the water line from the street to my house shut off by the water district the day I was leaving for vacation because of a massive leak. I was ok without the water for the day, but we have pets being watched while we are gone and didn't want to return home to shower after a long flight.
To keep it short, Chandler's Plumbing called me within minutes of me sending my Angie's request, 4 hours till they were at my house (I'm already over an hour from them to begin with) and a brand new copper line ran over 75ft within 24-28 hours of me sending that first request. To top it off the price was very reasonable and that's coming from someone who is cheap.
They did quote me for the single fix or running the new line, but I had galvanized that was corroding where it wasn't leaking yet. Fixing it 1-2 more times would cost more than new copper pipe. Super satisfied, I'll use them in the future.

Water Heater Installation and Replacement
I sent the request out last night, I quickly got messages from different Pro, who wanted to help on this project, I picked Chandler's Plumbing, and asked if they can come at 5 PM. I got off work at 4 PM and try to reach home before 5 PM. When I got back home at about 4:30 Josh was already there. This is a friendly and quick guy. He did the job professionally, and clean up the area quickly. Great person, great respond and profession!

Water Heater - Repair or Service
The contractor showed up on time and installed the water heater in a couple of hours. They hauled the old heater away and cleaned up the surrounding area very well. Will certainly have them do other plumbing jobs in the future.

Chandlers Plumbing responded to my 'cry for help' during a weekend emergency; and not only showed up on time, with a courteous and knowledgeable crew; they also gave me a VERY reasonable fixed price quote - 75% under those others (that I suspect were price-gauging my "elderly lady in an emergency" status). They were able to start the work right away, and made sure I approved of the work before closing the trench the same day. They left the area like it looked before, with the mulch intact and not mixed up with soil - and my problem is fixed for the next 40 years or so. Definitely recommend !

Ishmael was eager for my business and came out right away to assess and provide a VERY competitive bid for the job. After agreeing on the work, price, and date his team showed up on time and did a great job with replacing my main water pipe from the street to the house. After completion they made sure my landscaping was as back to normal as possible and I did not have to do any extra cleanup. Fantastic service. Would highly recommend.

My elderly mother and I had a serious emergency yesterday morning as our water heater cracked open and our upstairs and downstairs got flooded. We called Chandler plumbing and within 20 minutes they were here and got the water stopped
They got us a new water heater and installed it. Took the old one and had to put up with our crazy barking dog all day. We are so grateful for the politeness and work and professionalism and prompt service. Great Job and Thank You

I recently had my supply water line replaced and was thoroughly impressed with the service provided. The team arrived the same day I contacted them and offered a free estimate. Although they were prepared to perform the installation immediately, I was still in the process of gathering estimates and wasn’t quite ready to proceed. Their pricing was very competitive, and once I decided to hire them, they returned that same day to complete the job. Their work passed city inspection without any issues. I was very happy in the end that they made it easy to get my water turned back on as soon as possible at a reasonable price.
