"Wish I could give Donte more than 5 stars! He did a fantastic job installing 6 ceiling lights in 4 rooms for us. Excellent communication, dependable, and left the work area cleaner than it was when he arrived. Very happy with the outcome. Thanks for a job well done!"

"Al Navarro has done many jobs for us spanning over 20 years. He renovated nearly every room in our previous home and is well on his way to doing the same in our current home. This most recent project was to install nearly 1300 sq feet of luxury vinyl tile flooring over existing ceramic tile... He first spent days applying multiple coats (with smoothing) of a thin mortar over the tile regions to establish a smooth and level base. He also removed all the existing baseboard. On top of the mortar surface he placed a layer of thin plastic sheeting (flooring supplier recommended) and then carefully and methodically laid all the vinyl flooring... He set up his saw arrangement in our garage and custom cut many of the floor pieces to ensure the best look for the new floor... Al is an artist with tools and he even went so far as to use a special saw to cut neatly beneath the door jambs such that the new flooring went under the jamb rather than just up to it... He also did custom work around showers and bath tubs, and around doorways, to offer the best looking transition from the floor to those structures... He then purchased and painted new wide baseboards at his facility and brought them to our home to be cut and installed with great precision. As he has done with all our previous projects, Al did a masterful job of installing this beautiful luxury vinyl flooring over a large portion of our home. We couldn't be happier and we highly recommend Al for this type type of home improvement and for just about any other home interior type project folks might be looking to accomplish!!!!"

"Leo was very helpful and quick to respond. We’re happy with how our 2 bathrooms turned out. Project was completed within the time promised. Our only complaint is that the workers did not clean up very well. But overall, we’re satisfied and we’ll use them again."

"O.T Bay Builders made the entire process easy and stress-free. They helped me choose the best design for my bathroom and worked within my budget. The craftsmanship was superb, and they kept the area clean and tidy throughout the project. I?m absolutely thrilled with my new bathroom!."

"I was told the project would take 3 weeks max. It is taking more than twice that. It started at the end of October, and I still do not have a functioning bathroom as of the 2nd of December. A lot of the problem started because I ordered a bathtub that was too large. However, it was within the dimensions given to me by the contractors. Getting a new bathtub. Now it seems work is being done sporadically. The Tile floor was semi installed on Sunday, the main tiles were cemented down, but not the edging. And since then, I have not seen anyone. It is Wednesday. They installed the wiring for the light fixtures in the wrong place. I had to do the calculations to figure out where they were supposed to go, not my job, and it still has not been corrected."

"Medical issues forced an unplanned bathroom ADA remodel. Rick and crew did great job, on time, with complete satisfaction. Jason and Josh were super helpful with suggestions and solutions to unforseen circumstances. The doors had to be widened, the shower expanded and level floor for wheelchair access, toilet moved, sink and vanity changed, lighting upgraded, ramp built, grab bars installed. All completed in time. Knowledgeable friends rated the floor-to-ceiling tile installations as 95 out of 100. Love to shower now. Thanks"

"The floors in our 2-story townhouse were in dire need of replacement and we contacted Tech Line Construction for a quote. Lorena walked us through the different types of flooring that they offer and helped us to choose something that would be durable and look good as well. The installers did a great job. We know that installation plays a huge role in how the final product looks and we are very happy with how they handled the project."

"I hired Quartz Construction for a Master bathroom remodel due to a cracked shower pan. They were very accommodating with preserving what we could to minimize costs on finished materials. Provided great vendor recommendations. Evaluated invoices for competitive prices for materials picked. Their quote was competitive with other contractors. Happy with their craftmanship and thorough attention to detail. They were promptly responsive to each call, text and question but most importantly kept me in the loop on everything. Great customer service. The workers cleaned up after themselves, they were polite and arrived promptly every day."
