"Zacharias Remodeling Construction did an outstanding job remodeling my mom‘s kitchen in July 2025. Oscar, the contractor, was professional, responsive, and easy to work with from start to finish. His team was meticulous with every detail and always arrived on time which made the entire process, smooth and stress-free. This was especially important to me as I had experienced a contracting company in the past where the workers did not show up on time (or at all), cut corners, and it made for a lousy 2 months. The finished kitchen looks beautiful and without hesitation, Zacarias remodeling construction will be my first call for future projects."

"To create my ideal kitchen, the staff at Bay Remodeling Kitchen & Bath went above and beyond. They listened to my thoughts, made useful recommendations, and transformed my kitchen into a lovely, hospitable area."

"We remodeled our home in Oakland in April of 2019. We are more than pleased with the result! The outstanding part of the project was the hands-on work of the team. The project managers were attentive to detail and full of good ideas, too! The quality of the workmanship was outstanding. In every way, the process was smooth and enjoyable. It was our pleasure to welcome them into our home!"

"In an earlier review, I erred, confusing Residential Bath's work with another vendor as part of the same project. Residential Bath was exceptional. The work was prompt, clean and highly effective. The shower pan is easily as good as when it was new. After nearly one and one-half years, the product is holding up well. I highly recommend their product and work for an effective, price-favorable resolution to worn shower pans."

"MCA was efficient with schedule and cost. I recommend them to anyone."

"Sky Tech Builders recently finished my kitchen renovation and I'm so glad I hired them for that project because they exceed my expectations. I also contacted some other contractors but just felt that Sky Tech is most reliable company for that work. They also gave me very acceptable offer so it was a great deal. I love my new kitchen. it looks phenomenal and it's also very functional, much more functional than before. I can't recommend enough this excellent contractor! Thank you Sky Tech Builders!"

"We recently had our bathroom remodeled by Be Home Remodeling, and I just wanted to share how happy we are with everything. Pouria, our project manager, was great — super organized, always kept us updated, and really listened to any concerns we had. Any time we needed something or had a question, he handled it right away. The crew (Manuel, Isaí )did an awesome job. They worked cleanly, were respectful of our home, and the quality of the work shows. The bathroom turned out even better than we expected, and we honestly love how everything came out. Overall, it was a really smooth experience, and we’d definitely recommend Be Home Remodeling and Pouria if you’re planning a remodel."

"my experience with build the bay was very good. we remodeled a sixties kitchen, the original that came with the house, it required an electrical upgrade and we ended up rewiring the entire house. eitan was very thoughtful and helpful. from designing the kitchen and purchasing all the materials and through the last finish detail, Eitan and his crew were there for us. we are extremely happy, we love to our new kitchen, and we will definitely recommend giving these guys a call."

"I would like to thank adir and his team from rose remodeling and design to remodel my old kitchen. I was afraid moving Forward with my kitchen remodel, being without a kitchen for 3-4 weeks is overwhelming but adir and his team did a great job. Adir communicated with me on a daily basis and we met face to face at least twice a week to go over every small detail in the process of the remodel. From the beginning I was very confident with rose remodeling. Rose are relatively a new construction company but I trusted adir to deliver and he sure did! Couldnâ t be happier"
