WE ALREADY HAD THE GUTTER GUARDS, HOWEVER AFTER A NEW ROOF INSTALLATION WE NEEDED A WATER DIVERTER AND AN EXTRA DOWNSPOUT INSTALLED. THE WORK WAS BEAUTIFULLY DONE, ON TIME AND EVERYTHING LOOKED LIKE IT HAD ALWAYS BEEN THERE. THEY WERE ALL VERY PROFESSIONAL AND DID A BEAUTIFUL JOB FOR A VERY REASONABLE PRICE.

The Sunnyvale-based BTJDG team did a fantastic job replacing my gutters! From start to finish, they were friendly, professional, and incredibly diligent. They showed up on time, stayed on budget, and left the worksite spotless each day. What really impressed me was their commitment to quality—even after the job was completed and I had signed off, they came back to fix a minor issue with the downspout extenders. That level of care and accountability is rare and deeply appreciated. I'm absolutely thrilled with every aspect of their work and would recommend them without hesitation. BTJDG is a top-notch team!

We experienced a leak into our old house after the season's first storm. Eric Dodge was engaged on a project next door and I interrupted him and asked his opinion about the leak. He agreed with me that there was a severe design defect in the installation of our original gutters. With the storm season just starting, he adjusted his company's installation schedule and had my house's gutters replaced a week later (despite receiving five new bookings per day). The installer, Abraham and his team exhibited excellent attention to detail and repaired the wall exactly as I had envisioned. An additional downspout was suggested to more evenly distribute the load across a particularly long section of the gutters. Where appropriate, Abraham and his team installed the downspouts from the gutters into the French style drains that keep the rain water away from the house's foundation. The storm season passed and we have not experienced any leaks.
