The work included replacing cabinets, new countertops, tile flooring, backsplash, a peninsula sitting bar and a few new appliances. After getting quotes from 4 vendors, I chose Jonathan for many good reasons. The most important of them was the flexibility to accommodate my custom requirements, as I wanted it. Since I was working from home, I reviewed each and every step of the work (which BTW may not be necessary). Jonathan was extremely professional and courteous. Any change was communicated and explained, so I could review and approve. I felt as if I was the part of the team, and thats what matters. The work performed was professional and immaculate. Karol and his crew came in to install laminate flooring as I was about to start moving in. The flooring in three rooms came out gorgeous. I approached Karol with a plea of help. I explained the situation with the three rooms that had old carpeting. The previous tenants had dogs that destroyed the carpets and closets. Karol came in with his crew and performed a miracle. The rooms look brand new and the closets refinished to a state where I have lots of room for my clothing. Due to COVID 19, some suppliers were delayed in delivering required fixtures which delayed project weeks but in terms of Build the Bay, they did demo, fit tub, installed tiling, new shower and fixtures added once completed. It delayed project from 5 weeks to about 7 but not the fault of Build the Bay Inc. Build the Bay Inc. was very competitive in price, recommended some suppliers to shop materials from. Eitan was very good at communicating via phone, text and e-mail and his team was very professional, courteous, on time and did a great job. I am very pleased with the outcome of my remodeled master bath."
