"Edgar was great. Installed a dog door for me on short notice, easy to schedule and communicate with. Job done well and quickly and area was kept clean."

"I did the complete kitchen remodeling with Jonathan and team in Sep-Oct 2021. The work included replacing cabinets, new countertops, tile flooring, backsplash, a peninsula sitting bar and a few new appliances. After getting quotes from 4 vendors, I chose Jonathan for many good reasons. The most important of them was the flexibility to accommodate my custom requirements, as I wanted it. Since I was working from home, I reviewed each and every step of the work (which BTW may not be necessary). Jonathan was extremely professional and courteous. So was his team, especially the countertop and flooring team. We communicated several times a week. Every time my request was accommodated. Any change was communicated and explained, so I could review and approve. I felt as if I was the part of the team, and thats what matters. The quality of the work was the key result I demanded and thats what I got. I was completely satisfied by the work and the kitchen looks awesome."

"Excellent communication. Execution was outstanding. Very able people worked hard and long and got the job done in a most timely manner. Detail work was first rate. When something needed to be adjusted that was done. Some of the adjustments were just amazing. (We had a built in Murphy Bed installed that did not quite fit the space. A tapered base board kept this from looking awkward. Amazing!) Also all the folks were very nice. Add reasonable pricing and there is nothing else to ask for. I liked them so much that when my daughter did a major remodel, I recommended Baja, and she too has been super happy with the results. Where I come from, passing a vendor on to family is the highest form of praise."

"Bay Remodeling Kitchen & Bath has excellent craftsmanship. The finished product reflects the careful installation of each cabinet, countertop, and fixture. I constantly receive compliments on how beautiful my kitchen looks!"

"Good customer care, handles change orders well and good sub-flooring, window installation and on the fly construction know-how!"

"Went very well. Due to COVID 19, some suppliers were delayed in delivering required fixtures which delayed project weeks but in terms of Build the Bay, they did demo, fit tub, installed tiling, new shower and fixtures added once completed. It delayed project from 5 weeks to about 7 but not the fault of Build the Bay Inc. Build the Bay Inc. was very competitive in price, recommended some suppliers to shop materials from. Eitan was very good at communicating via phone, text and e-mail and his team was very professional, courteous, on time and did a great job. I am very pleased with the outcome of my remodeled master bath."

"Our bathroom looks like a spa now! The remodel included new tile, a walk-in shower, and a double vanity, and everything was done on schedule and within budget. The crew was respectful and always cleaned up at the end of each day. We couldn’t be happier."

"Set built and installed a desk for my Aunt Shirley. He was flexible with timing as the desk was not delivered when promised. He also put her computer back together! His fee was so reasonable and he was so responsive to all my texts we tipped him extra. Thank you for your help, Set!"

"The new flooring installation has revitalized our home's appearance, giving it a fresh and modern look that feels both durable and aesthetically pleasing. It's a significant upgrade that enhances our living spaces with its timeless appeal."
