"They said that they would be at my place between 8-10am. They showed up at exactly 8am!! The technician answered all my questions, he kept me informed as to what he was doing. We chit chated, he was very respectful to a senior citizen (me!!). I plan to hire Plumbing Pus every time I need the plumbing worked on and I would recommend them in a heart beat. Wonderful customer service!!!!!!"

Within 8 days of my call my new water heater was installed. The contract was clearly set out, and the work was very professionally completed exactly as per the bid.
