Mike was prompt and replaced my hot water heater and upgraded everything to meet current codes. Excellent work at a very fair price.

I was replacing a toilet and found that the outlet where it attaches to the floor was almost entirely plugged with white mineral debris. My first thought was to remove the debris and continue to install the new toilet. I decided I needed to contact a plumbing expert for advice. I'm very glad I called Primo Plumbing. Mike explained what could be causing the debris buildup and suggested that I schedule an appointment for Primo Plumbing to inspect my sewage line with their state of the art video camera. My fear was that roots had entered into the system and causing the debris buildup. The camera inspection showed that there were no roots penetrating the system which was a huge relief. The final step in the process was to clean the mineral buildup inside of the sewer lines and this was quickly done with their high pressure jetting system. I'm very satisfied with the quality of their work and prompt service. The entire job only took Primo Plumbing about 60 minutes.

Very responsive, returned my calls promptly, bagan job right away, and completed work quickly. There was a problem with the water heater installation though (gas leak) but he returned and corrected it.

Mike responded very quickly to my request for a quote through homeadvisor.com. He asked me the appropriate questions about my water heater and quickly gave me a quote for replacement. He was able to come out and do the water heater replacement within a few hours after our call. When he arrived, he explained everything that he was going to do and completed the job in his estimated time frame. We are completely satisfied with Primo! Mike came out and replaced our water heater on Saturday, the day after it died and the day before New Year's Eve. (Others were booked until Tuesday--four days later.) He told us exactly what it would cost, and even gave us the option of making two payments.
