"Overall, it was excellent. Jerry (the owner) came out and was very straight forward as to what needs to be done. Price (compared to 6 other companies) could not be beat. Work was scheduled reasonably quickly and went smoothly. Problems were discovered after installation and when made aware, Jerry and his crew made sincere efforts to set it right – and were able to solve the issues in couple of visits. All of the crew and management went out of their way to ensure that we were satisfied with the work and overall result. Would definitely consider Liberty Plumbing for future work."

Overall I thought the experience went well. The install looks very professional. There were some delays due to one of the condenser units having a logic board failure upon installation that took a little over a month to be rectified. It is my understanding that the part was ordered 3 times before they received the correct part. The technician assured me that they were giving the supplier the correct ordering information; I have no reason not to believe them. All and all I am enjoying my units now that it is summer time. One of the condenser units has a condensation pump in the attic that can be loud at times. I may call Carini back to check if they have a solution that would alleviate the noise coming from the attic. "

I found Jeremy Gordon, owner of Sewer Sharks Drain Cleaning through HomeAdvisor. He dropped everything and was here within an hour for my emergency situation. Although I have had this same toilet unclogged by other plumbers twice before within the last 6 months, THIS guy got to the true cause of the problem and fixed it for good. He also educated me on how to avoid having it happen again as well as how to solve the problem myself next time. His rates are reasonable. He is also a very nice man, and from now on will be my --forever plumber--! (He also did not charge me extra for being on a Saturday OR for being an emergency. Very impressive. He could easily have taken advantage of me in my panic.)"

"Excellent - We wanted to change our AC/Gas furnace system to a heat pump system and decided to use Tarpy. They provided a very comprehensive review of our needs, and spent additional time with me on the phone to help me choose the best and the most cost effective system for installation. Chris and David arrived on time and were very efficient with removal of the old system and installation of the new. They also corrected a couple of errors due to the previous installation (correcting bad welding on the Freon line, and installing a correct condensate discharge).
