"They came out quickly and replaced my sump pump and back up sump pump. They were professional and knowledgeable . I was happy with the quickness of their response and the installer. Everything is expensive but I thought they were a little pricey. I looked up cost of the system they installed and the overall price I paid was twice the cost of the sump pump. So essentially believe I paid $700 for the install and efficiency."

"Xavier completed the installation and fully tested the system with me there to observe to confirm operation of my existing sump pump and the new battery back up pump. While there he troubleshot a check valve problem that was discovered during testing and installed new check valves with no up charge from his quoted price."

"I am amazed at The quality of their customer service. Before I became disabled, I was employed at the hospital for 28 years and I know how hard-working with the public can be. I really need to give a hats off and a pat on the back to (midstate Basement) systems they came in and did work on my basement and had to come back and adjust some things… Not one time did they roll their eyes or give me a hard way to go about it. Levi ,Judd, Ernest, Jonathan & Adrian were very friendly, courteous & Ernest, Levi and Judd always answered any question I give them and was quick to be of help and to get me scheduled in I would highly recommend Midstate Basements systems to anybody that needs any kind of basement or crawlspace work done.
