"We woke up 6:15 Sunday morning by the doorbell; Our neighbor alerting us to flooding coming out under our garage door. I called several companies and Gordon was the first to call back before 8:00 am. He would have come out on Sunday but we decided we could hang on till Monday. He showed up a little before 8:00 am to drain the water heater and was back about an hour later to install the new one. It all went well and the installation looks great; very professional."

He cautioned us to avoid moving the head to the side all the way to the stop on either side to prevent it from happening again.
