The technician, Steve, arrived on time and completed the hos bib replacement very quickly. During a test of the water system he found that the water valve was not operating properly. He quoted me a price to replace and determined that he had the correct parts with him and I authorized the work. It really helped that he could complete the job rather then re-scheduling another appointment.
