Pure Well and Pump LLC

We hired Joey Gross with Pure Well and Pump out of Candler to install a frost proof hydrant for our well and were very pleased with his work, honesty and fair pricing! Joey and his Dad, David, a partner and expert advisor, were awesome! They worked hard in getting the system installed, being very careful, meticulous and thorough with their work and then cleaned up the landscape to our satisfaction! We highly recommend this business and crew for work related to well systems, pumps, trenching, etc., a true “Five Stars” team!

Joey and his dad were able to replace our well pump on short notice after losing it in the storm. Even though they were fully booked, they managed to squeeze in our replacement the very next day. It was a real lifesaver after being without power and water for two weeks. Thanks guys you rock.

Pure well was very quick to respond and set a time for an evaluation. Joey the professional that came out was very friendly and helpful. He evaluated my situation and was able to give me a corrective action and estimate on the spot. Later the next day I contacted him about additional concerns and again he gave me options and added cost. I accepted his very fair estimate and scheduled repairs in two days. Joey showed up while I was working communication as to his arrival time of course and did a fantastic job getting me back in service. He actually did 10 times better job than the original installer. We had a well pump go out late on a Friday afternoon and after calling a hand full of the local well service companies, with no luck, I found Pure Well and Pump. Joey came out and did an excellent job replacing the 15 year old pump and wire. He will be my first call next time.
