Work was scheduled reasonably quickly and went smoothly. Problems were discovered after installation and when made aware, Jerry and his crew made sincere efforts to set it right – and were able to solve the issues in couple of visits. Overall I thought the experience went well. The install looks very professional. There were some delays due to one of the condenser units having a logic board failure upon installation that took a little over a month to be rectified. It is my understanding that the part was ordered 3 times before they received the correct part. The technician assured me that they were giving the supplier the correct ordering information; I have no reason not to believe them. All and all I am enjoying my units now that it is summer time. One of the condenser units has a condensation pump in the attic that can be loud at times. I may call Carini back to check if they have a solution that would alleviate the noise coming from the attic. "

"Excellent - We wanted to change our AC/Gas furnace system to a heat pump system and decided to use Tarpy. They provided a very comprehensive review of our needs, and spent additional time with me on the phone to help me choose the best and the most cost effective system for installation. Chris and David arrived on time and were very efficient with removal of the old system and installation of the new.
