"Overall, it was excellent. Jerry (the owner) came out and was very straight forward as to what needs to be done. Price (compared to 6 other companies) could not be beat. Work was scheduled reasonably quickly and went smoothly. Problems were discovered after installation and when made aware, Jerry and his crew made sincere efforts to set it right – and were able to solve the issues in couple of visits. All of the crew and management went out of their way to ensure that we were satisfied with the work and overall result. Would definitely consider Liberty Plumbing for future work."

Overall I thought the experience went well. The install looks very professional. There were some delays due to one of the condenser units having a logic board failure upon installation that took a little over a month to be rectified. It is my understanding that the part was ordered 3 times before they received the correct part. The technician assured me that they were giving the supplier the correct ordering information; I have no reason not to believe them. All and all I am enjoying my units now that it is summer time. One of the condenser units has a condensation pump in the attic that can be loud at times. I may call Carini back to check if they have a solution that would alleviate the noise coming from the attic. "

"Excellent - We wanted to change our AC/Gas furnace system to a heat pump system and decided to use Tarpy. They provided a very comprehensive review of our needs, and spent additional time with me on the phone to help me choose the best and the most cost effective system for installation. Chris and David arrived on time and were very efficient with removal of the old system and installation of the new. They also corrected a couple of errors due to the previous installation (correcting bad welding on the Freon line, and installing a correct condensate discharge). "This is the second time I've hired Kevin and this job went very well. His price was more reasonable than quotes I got from other electricians and it included patching holes in the ceiling (neither of the rooms had accessible attic space), whereas the other electricians said I would need to hire someone else to patch any holes for wiring. Kevin was very responsive and polite during the entire process. He needed to reschedule the original date because he had a family emergency come up and when I explained I was hoping to have at least one of the fans installed before out-of-town guests arrived (in a guest bedroom), he came out on a Saturday to make sure the job was done on time."
