"We recently had our bathroom remodeled by Be Home Remodeling, and I just wanted to share how happy we are with everything. Pouria, our project manager, was great — super organized, always kept us updated, and really listened to any concerns we had. Any time we needed something or had a question, he handled it right away. The crew (Manuel, Isaí )did an awesome job. They worked cleanly, were respectful of our home, and the quality of the work shows. The bathroom turned out even better than we expected, and we honestly love how everything came out. Overall, it was a really smooth experience, and we’d definitely recommend Be Home Remodeling and Pouria if you’re planning a remodel."

"Danny took on our project, which was to build a home on an oddly-shaped, canyon side lot. We hired him as he had experience building on hillsides as well as with working with our architect. Ours was a very difficult project; from Coastal Commission to City approval, as well as with structural engineering. Danny had a plan for how to access and install our caissons into the hillside from day one. Not only that, his crew and sub-contractors showed up everyday, on-time for our year and a 1/2 building period. We communicated nearly every day via text or phone calls; Danny and his supervisor Scott were always VERY responsive. They were also open to alternate ideas in order to cut down construction costs. We've now been in our new home one year, and can honestly say that we are very happy with the craftsmanship and quality of our home. Moreover, the few small issues that we have had (garage door opener; low water pressure), Danny has continued to be responsive and to send his team back out to assist us over this past year. Overall, DM Building is an honest and earnest group of builders who only want the best for your project. I highly recommend DM Building, and would be happy to discuss their work further with anyone who is looking for a custom home builder or looking to embark on a large remodel project. If you have anything you need done in your home, do not pass go -- just call Dave!  This is the third time I have used him at my  rental property.  I emailed him and told him what needed to be done.  We set a date and he was there AHEAD OF TIME, along with a helper.  He had already fixed the screen door before I got there, since he could access it from the outside.  He either put in new rollers or adjusted the existing ones and cleaned them and the tracks.

As for the glass door, he had to remove it to look at the rollers.  This was quite a difficult job, as it was difficult to remove, and then the glass was extremely heavy.  But he and his employee did it.  He looked at the rollers and determined that I didn't need new ones, but that the old ones could be cleaned up.  They had gunk all over them and could only be cleaned and greased properly with the door off.  (He actually told me he looked to find new rollers before he came to the house in anticipation of having to replace them, but there were 25 rollers to choose from.  He said if there were 8 or so, he would have purchased them all and returned the ones he didn't need.  Talk about being prepared!)  The door slides great now.

The kitchen faucet moved at the base.  You could literally move it 180 degrees.  My crack contractor who had remodeled the kitchen months before had not tightened it enough.  Dave had a little trouble with it because he said the nut had rusted a little due to some water on it.  But he was able to tighten it and now it works great.  He also discovered, on his own, that the air gap was loose and tightened it.

He is a pleasure to work with.  He is honest, punctual and efficient.  You can't ask for any more!

"Our whole-home remodel was flawless, thanks to this wonderful team! The designers took the time to understand our needs and preferences, offering suggestions that truly enhanced the final design. Every room was expertly remodeled, and the quality of the work was exceptional. The team communicated well throughout the process, ensuring everything stayed on track. We are beyond pleased with our new home and highly recommend this company to anyone looking to remodel their entire home!"

"I helped oversee a rental apartment remodel that Apex American Homes completed, and I was very impressed with how everything went. I’ve been around plenty of properties, contractors, and projects over the years, so I pay close attention to communication, quality, and whether the work is being done the right way. Apex handled everything in the apartment, including the flooring, painting, kitchen updates, countertops, two bathrooms, electrical work, and exterior stucco repair. Igor had great suggestions throughout the project and helped with the design and finish material selections. The work came out really clean, the apartment looks completely updated, and they finished earlier than expected. This was by far the best experience I’ve had with a contractor. Apex American Homes is now my go-to contractor for future work, and I would definitely recommend them."

"I just finished a full bathroom remodel with creations in downtown San Diego remodeling and it has completely exceeded my expectations! The design team worked closely with me to create a luxurious space that perfectly fits my style and needs. The craftsmanship is top-notch, and every element, from the tiles to the fixtures, was chosen with care. The project was completed on time and within budget, and the entire team was a pleasure to work with. My new bathroom feels like a spa retreat, and I canâ t thank creations remodeling enough for their exceptional work!"

"You will be very pleased on all fronts using Coastal Design Remodelers!! Excellent workmanship! And very timely!"

"We had a number of repair and upgrade projects to do in our house and started searching for a contractor in March. We received bids from three different companies, but none of them followed through with a contract. Finally, in July, we received a recommendation for Remodels and Repairs On Demand and they turned out to be outstanding. Charles provided a detailed bid and was very flexible when we requested a couple of changes, even after the work had started. They stayed on schedule and kept us informed with each step of the process. Charles and his team from Repairs and Remodels On Demand were honest, polite, punctual, very well organized, easy to work with and finished the job on time. We are very pleased with their work and would highly recommend this company to others."

"

The first time we used them we were moving out of an apartment we were renting while our home was being remodeled. They stuck to their quoted price even though the job was a little more than they expected. We then had them continue to clean our new home.

They were very reasonable and professional, again sticking to their quoted pricing even though we were still in the middle of construction while living in our home and there was constant construction dust in our home.

I recommend Kristina and Jarod's cleaning service.

"Sarah is wonderful! Do not hesitate to use her. She has done multiple projects for us. She resigned out kitchen on a budget and it looks beautiful. She worked with us to pick out living and dinning room furniture. She designed/reimagined our primary and primary bathroom. Year later she designed my son's nursery. She is detailed and works closely with her clients. I still get compliments on my home bc of her. I refer her to anyone who needs help with designing a beautiful home."
