We chose Remodel Works Bath & Kitchen for our complete primary bath remodel. They did everything they said. Our designer John DeLuca was quick to respond or give a call back in a timely manner. He had great ideas and experience, but was open to our ideas and desires, as we would be the ones to Live with the project in the end. Torrey Brown the project manager galloped the event every step of the way, with professionalism and humor in many cases.

I have had a great experience with this company, and this is the third time I am using their services. Their customer service is fabulous and my designer. John De Luca, (CMKBD #801883 Certified Master Kitchen & Bath ) and Project Manager, Torrey Brown are pros at what they do! They have walked me through the entire process and explained everything that is going to happen, and answered all my questions. I am looking forward to when we can start remodeling my kitchen. This is a great company that really cares about their customers.

We did a two bathroom remodel. I’m very pleased with their work. The workers were respectful of our property. They finished on time.

Remodel Works did an outstanding job in my bathrooms, hallway and laundry room. They came in and saved the day from a different company that filed bankruptcy and left me hanging in the middle of my remodel. I was nervous and skeptical at first, but it didn't take long for me to put my entire faith in the hands of this company. Dawn Olsen was my original designer and when she moved to this company, I felt comfortable giving them a chance since I could still work with her. So glad I did. I met with Dawn and John DeLuca and they finalized the design and had everything scheduled. George, the owner even called me which helped put me at ease as well. Danny Navarro was my project manager (outstanding) and kept me informed throughout the entire process. I could expect a daily call to update me or even make extra suggestions - which turned out to be such great ideas. Bob and/or Ashley (also outstanding) were on site almost daily - started early and stayed all day, cleaned up daily and made sure that I could still live in the master bedroom during the remodel. They were ahead of schedule throughout the entire remodel - it was so great to come home from work every night and see the progress that they made. The best part of my remodel is looking at my finished project every day and telling myself that it was a blessing in disguise that I had the opportunity to work with these really wonderful people and company.

We needed to remodel the primary bathroom in our recently built townhouse after seeing some issues. We worked on the design with John DeLuca, Certified Master Kitchen and Bath Designer, who helped us pick the tiling, flooring, fixtures, and cabinetry down to the last detail. It was obvious from the very beginning of discussing and envisioning the project that John loved his job in designing bathrooms and kitchens, which made it fun for us to deal with what seemed to be overwhelming decisions for us. After the planning was done, the Project Manager, Clint Keaton, oversaw the execution of the project, from demolition, to tiling, drywall, plumbing, installation, painting, and clean-up. All of the contractors who worked for them were very professional and polite and very respectful of our living space. A big shoutout to Marcel, who was part of the team and clearly took a lot of pride in his work! All in all, Bath and Remodel Works finished our bathroom ahead of schedule, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the final result! Big thumbs up!

Remodel works did an amazing job! Design - working with Kate was an absolute pleasure. Trying to decide what you want in a kitchen is hard enough with tons of choices. Kate took the time to interview us to determine what it was we liked and didn't like. When we would get stuck trying to decide, she would make suggestions and show us what works together and how it would look in the kitchen. Without Kate, we would likely still be trying to decide on different design elements. Her keen sense of style along with her ability to picture what we wanted made design choices easy. Construction - Contruction can be a pain. Something will always go wrong as that is the nature of construction. Daniel was there every step of the way and took care of everything from the sub-contractors to helping adjust the installed shelves. His attention to detail and more importantly his attention to customer service make Remodel Works are exactly what you want in a contractor.

Remodel Works completed 2 bathroom projects for me earlier this year; they turned out so beautiful I decided to have them remodel my kitchen, as well. It was a pleasure to work with John DeLuca (kitchen/bath designer extraordinaire), again, to now create my “dream” kitchen, and he did not disappoint! He spent hours with me creating a gorgeous 3D design for my kitchen. He then carefully reviewed the scope of work necessary to complete my project providing an exact price before I signed a contract. The Remodel Works elite process also gave me the added benefit of choosing all my material choices (with John’s guidance, of course) from their awesome showroom displays, thus, eliminating the need for me to drive from vendor to make selections. Lastly, a Pre-Construction meeting for my kitchen was scheduled and completed with the Project Manager, Dan Waldie to explain the entire remodeling scope of work in detail and answer all my questions. Dan managed my earlier bathroom projects to perfection and was a pleasure to work with. I look forward to working with him and the Remodel Works team again to build my dream kitchen!! Working with the Remodel Works team was an amazing experience! John Deluca “Kitchenaire Extraordinaire” helped us take our vision to reality with a fresh look that brightened up our kitchen and added some needed storage. If I could give more than 5 stars I absolutely would! After several struggles with other contractors, Remodel Works was a pleasant surprise. All the trades were excellent, but I especially want to highlight Austin D who was on my job at both the beginning and the end stages. Austin’s work was outstanding, the construction mess was well contained, and he was a very kind and calming presence. Even my dog liked him (my dog doesn’t like anybody). Also a shout out for my project manager Danny N…excellent communication throughout the entire process! My gratitude to all the workers but especially John D (my designer), Danny, and Austin who truly made this a great experience!

Our family is extremely happy with our recent amazing kitchen remodel by the Remodel Works Bath & Kitchen team. Being a family of 6 with 2 dogs, Remodel Works was professional and timely throughout the entire process. John De Luca, our designer and also known as the Kitchen Magician, Kitchenaire Extraordinaire, is just that — a magician. He is inspiring in his ability to see a space and the potential it has. His vision was unlike anything we imagined, but accomplished everything we needed. Not only is it incredibly functional but it is BEAUTIFUL! John De Luca was always willing to answer questions during the design process as well as throughout the entire remodel from start to finish. We couldn’t have asked for a better designer and love how his vision was turned into a reality. Our Project Manager, Torrey Brown, was able to assemble a great team to complete our project on time with impeccable craftsmanship and wasn’t shy about rolling up his sleeves on site. Torrey was also available to answer questions or help with any changes we wanted to make along the way. John De Luca, Torrey Brown and the entire Remodel Works team always worked with our family with respect, kindness, and great work ethic to complete our kitchen remodel. Hello! We had our master bathroom remodeled by Remodel Works. Ryan (our project manager) and Lance (the main remodeler) did a great job. We were pleased with the outcome so much that we contracted with Remodel Works again to do our kitchen. The process from beginning to end was well organized. The designer (Matt) was very competent, friendly, and personal. The family vibe/feeling was very evident. Once the design was finalized and the cost was agreed on that was it! Throughout the entire process Remodel Works never asked for any addition funds. if something needed to be modified or upgraded, Ryan worked out all the logistics and made it happen. Without going into too much detail in the few specific instances, just know that we were very happy with the outcome. No matter how many questions concerns or requests we made (I felt bad a few times) Ryan and Lance responded/addressed them without any hint of annoyance or pushback. The projects were completed on time with hardly any issues. There were a few other employees that made an appearance that I cannot recall their names that deserve some credit as well. We were very happy with all the Remodel Works employees we interacted with. The one small negative was that some of the tasks were subcontracted. A few of the subcontractors didn’t have same level of quality as Remodel Works. However, Remodel Works was able to get them to come back and attempt to address anything we were not happy with. It was such a pleasure working with Remodel Works on our kitchen project. Everyone from the designers, project manager to construction crew were professional and helpful. Everything was performed on schedule and exceeded all our expectations. 100% will hire again for any future projects.

The decision to use Remodel Works for our new kitchen was an easy one. As soon as my husband and I met with John De Luca and Mary Jennings, we knew we were in good hands. They are top-notch professionals with many, many years of experience. They’re also extremely caring people who really wanted us to be happy and at ease as they helped guide us through all the decisions during the design process. Being able to view the actual 3D kitchen design on computer while working closely with John and Mary on all changes and small details meant everything to us. Also, Remodel Works has a beautiful showroom where choosing the right materials for the job was made easy rather than having to shop all over San Diego ourselves. What was expected to be an extremely stressful undertaking turned out to be a fun and enjoyable experience as the four of us worked so well together while sharing many laughs. In the near future, my husband and I plan to remodel two bathrooms, and yes, we will be contacting John and Mary to handle those projects as well! A huge Thank You to John De Luca for his patience and guidance in creating our beautifully remodeled condo in San Diego. John was so wonderful to work with, as was the entire Remodel Works team, hello Mary from across the hall. The experience was so stress-free, I asked John if he would come and do the same for my home in North Orange County. I have talked with several contractors in our area, and it turned out to be a push-to-sign-on-the-dotted-line experience, even before they would give us an estimate! John was exactly the opposite. He spent hours with us discussing our needs and wants, and helped us to design not only our kitchen, but the bathrooms too. John shared with us a detailed scope of work with real pricing, not just a guess estimate and also handed us a work schedule, which informed us as to what was going to happen each and every day of our remodel. The schedule even supplied the names of employees who would be working in our home on any given day, through completion. In the end, they did exactly what they said they would do, and in the timeframe promised - we all couldn't be happier! We only wish they worked as far as North Orange County. Bonnie M.

We recently finished a full kitchen remodel with Remodel Works. Our designers, John DeLuca and Mary Jennings did a magnificent design which basically involved a completely new build from the bare walls. We were given a full schedule of activity encompassing as six-week period of time as we had a scheduled European vacation. Our Project Manager, Jeff Aldridge, kept everything moving on schedule, and the job was completed exactly on schedule. This was our second remodel with Remodel Works, and we would not hesitate to refer them. Outstanding job!

Simply Outstanding! Everything from the design, selection process, scheduling and so importantly the execution exceeded our expectations for our Kitchen and Hall project. Sophia and Ryan did a great job in planning the project details, providing great choices, and doing a great great job of "listening" to our wants and concerns. They were easy to work with during this pre-contract period prior to our commitment. Lance, our Operations/Project Mgr and his team then made the whole plan come to life. Their expertise and attention to detail resulted in outstanding quality workmanship. Their scheduling and communications were impeccable. The project was completed on the exact day provided to us a couple months earlier. The daily detailed schedule was right on the money and we always had a call or text the day before the next scheduled contractor was to arrive at our home. An example of the planning and design was the fact that we had one small change order when the project was completed. They did a great job of dust containment and the work area was kept as clean as possible at the end of each work day. Great company! Great execution! We just couldn't be happier.

We love our newly completed Remodel Works kitchen, family room, and dining room. For our project, significant logistics included 1) removing two walls, 2) reconfiguring a kitchen twice its original size that’s both incredibly beautiful and highly functional, 3) refacing our fireplace and adding a TV over the mantle, 4) incorporating a gorgeous stone accent wall, plus many, many other details that brought our 1980s home into The Present. As a design-build firm, our Remodel Works team included Certified Master Kitchen and Bath Designers, Mary Jennings and John De Luca, and project manager, Ryan Terrell. Together, they worked seamlessly to make the challenging home remodel process become an attainable endeavor. Would we work with them again? Absolutely yes, and we have already recommended them to close friends. Honestly, we’ve received so many compliments on the new, open floorplan and kitchen layout, the chosen colors and finishes, and the craftsmanship’s attention to detail. Following first instincts in kitchen remodeling, we went to the Home Depot Design Center….and, although their service was polite and well-organized, we had no idea of what it was we really wanted, and so left with the same lack of inspiration we had going in. Only by serendipity (making a fortunate discovery by accident) did I stop a Remodel Works contractor driving a company vehicle from a job site, and asked for his business card. We then stopped by their show room at 12147 Kirkham Rd in Poway. We found helpful staff there, and examples of everything needed for a remodel - including various displays making it a bit easier to reimagine changes to our kitchen. John De Luca, Kitchenaire Extraordinaire was our Project Manager- friendly, professional, and talented. John came to our house, studied with us what we wanted to keep, and what we wanted to change. He took measurements and photographs that day; then back to his office to apply 3D software. What had been a lack of inspiration on our part, he set to software. He never pushed any product brand or style, he simply explained pros and cons of alternatives. John later portrayed (on 3D software) what products we said we liked, and superimposed (in detail) everything into possible revisions. Once we put everything together we were no longer confused. We knew exactly what we wanted. We could see it. Our onsite Project Manager, Daniel, supervised everything and did an amazing job of coordinating the entire project. From demolition to final touch-ups, Remodel Works’ whole approach was collaborative, and they kept us informed every step of the way. Of course, there were Covid-induced supply chain issues, but Daniel kept our project as close as he was able to expected completion dates. In the end, our kitchen turned out fabulous. No hesitation whatsoever about recommending Remodel Works.

BREATHTAKING, is the word I would use to describe my new kitchen designed by John De Luca, aka Kitchenaire Extraordinaire, for my 1960’s, San Diego kitchen. My husband and I never fully realized how inefficient and odd-looking our existing kitchen was and how it could be redesigned into a space of such functionality and beauty. John, who has many years of design experience, created not only the kitchen of our dreams, but answered all of our questions in a timely fashion as well. We have never remodeled before, and his ongoing support was truly remarkable and made things easy. It was obvious to us that John loves his craft and we felt truly taken care of by him.
