WHAT WE OFFER: Design Consultation: Have questions about paint, decor, floor plans, or any other design challenges? Schedule an individualized design planning session with expert advice for your home. Head designer Sarah Kaplan will conduct a 60 to 90-minute walkthrough of your space to discuss your unique needs and what you aim to achieve. Sarah will offer suggestions for decor, wall colors, and solutions to any design challenges. Design consultations are a flat fee of $295. Full-Service Interior Design: Sarah Kaplan Design will guide you through every step, from demolition to installation. Whether it's a single-room renovation or a whole-home project, we'll work together to bring your vision to life from start to finish. Services are billed at an hourly rate and may include, but are not limited to: Concept Development- An in-depth exploration of your aesthetic tastes and overall design preferences. Design Package- Including elevations, drawings and renderings as required or requested Renovation Material Selections- A wide range of thoughtfully curated options, featuring innovative materials used for flooring, tile, wood, paint, and wallcoverings Furniture Floor Plans- included with furnishing projects as needed Selection of furniture, lighting, rugs, art, and interior accessories Purchasing and Installation- procurement and coordination with receiving companies for delivery and installation Project Management- site visits and meetings with tradespeople as required by the specifics of the project Collaboration- We support a collaborative approach and clear communication with our team members, including architects, contractors, and landscape designers Styling- the final stage of your project, we complete each space, ensuring every detail is executed with care Full-service interior design projects start with an in-home design consultation, followed by a proposal that outlines the estimated hours needed to complete the scope of work.

Sarah was great at getting to know what styles I liked and understanding what I really wanted my place to look like. She came back with options to choose from and adjusted just a bit after giving me room to provide my feedback. The designs came out great and people are really impressed when they come to my home. They always ask who designed it, and now you know 🤣 I highly recommend Sarah if you want similar outcomes! I really enjoy coming home everyday now, and it’s very much thanks to Sarah’s interior designs! She also helped coordinate some of the purchasing, which was super helpful, and is generally well organized. She used to work for a firm that charges much more, so you’re getting all that experience without having to pay for quite so much overhead.

Sarah is wonderful! Do not hesitate to use her. She has done multiple projects for us. She resigned out kitchen on a budget and it looks beautiful. She worked with us to pick out living and dinning room furniture. She designed/reimagined our primary and primary bathroom. Year later she designed my son's nursery. She is detailed and works closely with her clients. I still get compliments on my home bc of her. I refer her to anyone who needs help with designing a beautiful home.
