"My journey began when I met Mario from Be Home Remodeling. I started with just one bathroom remodel, and I was immediately impressed by the professionalism, attention to detail, and high-quality craftsmanship he and his team delivered. The communication throughout the project was clear and consistent, and they made sure every step met my expectations. Since then, I?ve trusted Be Home Remodeling with additional projects and have always been more than satisfied with the results. Highly recommend Mario and his team to anyone looking for reliable and high-quality construction work"

"Danny took on our project, which was to build a home on an oddly-shaped, canyon side lot. We hired him as he had experience building on hillsides as well as with working with our architect. Ours was a very difficult project; from Coastal Commission to City approval, as well as with structural engineering. Danny had a plan for how to access and install our caissons into the hillside from day one. Not only that, his crew and sub-contractors showed up everyday, on-time for our year and a 1/2 building period. We communicated nearly every day via text or phone calls; Danny and his supervisor Scott were always VERY responsive. They were also open to alternate ideas in order to cut down construction costs. We've now been in our new home one year, and can honestly say that we are very happy with the craftsmanship and quality of our home. Moreover, the few small issues that we have had (garage door opener; low water pressure), Danny has continued to be responsive and to send his team back out to assist us over this past year. Overall, DM Building is an honest and earnest group of builders who only want the best for your project. I highly recommend DM Building, and would be happy to discuss their work further with anyone who is looking for a custom home builder or looking to embark on a large remodel project. "The work was excellent, on time and very professional. The design helped sell for very high price, Many projects both residential and commercial, were exceptional."

"They were careful to make sure no damage was done to the above balcony or any of the other boards/stucco they were in contact with. They did a great job and left the site as clean as they found it. Nice to know there are people out there who will come in and do these smaller projects at a reasonable price."

"I interviewed several contractors before selecting Mark Halpert Construction. Unlike the other contractors that I had interviewed, Mark was very interested in hearing my ideas and was not trying to take over the project with his vision for my home. Despite the challenges of undertaking a home remodel while living there, Mark was very responsive to any concerns I had and fully explained what I was to expect as the project moved forward. With any project of this size, there will be hiccups but I always found Mark very responsive in a timely manner to any of my concerns. His crew was wonderful and I’d like to give a special appreciation to José for all his hard work. Mark has an wonderful eye for detail and it was evident that he takes a great deal of pride in his work. Mark and his crew were always very and respectful of my home and space by leaving it cleaned up after each days work. Even my neighbors commented that the workers were very polite when interacting with them and we’re diligent about cleaning up at the end of their workday. Not only would I hire Mark again but I would feel comfortable recommending him to any of my family or friends."

"We hired Royalty Design and build to remodel our kitchen in our home in Cardiff by the sea. The house, built in the 90s, had outdated kitchen - cabinets, countertops and flooring. Before starting the remodel, we had consultation meetings with one of Royaltys designers, who helped us select materials and created a design that matched our vision. The project was managed by Lavi, who maintained excellent communication with us throughout. he was always professional and readily available to answer any questions we had. Lavi visited the site several times each week to check on progress and ensure everything was going smoothly. We are extremely happy with the results and highly recommend Royalty design and build for your next project."

"Kevin was very professional, knowledgeable and responsive. The master bath remodel was completed timely, and the work is of excellent quality. We would use BD Project & Design again for any remodeling project. Thank you Kevin and BD Project & Design."

"Idan and Bobby did a great job with our kitchen remodel. Idan was with us every step of the way, picking out all the materials for the project and also provided a 3D rendering that helped a lot with the design. We got a work schedule and payment schedule before we started so everything was super clear and organized with no surprises and extra costs. They crew showed up on time and kept our house clean at the end of each day which was very important since we have younger children. Kitchen came out beautiful as promised. Great job !"

"I helped oversee a rental apartment remodel that Apex American Homes completed, and I was very impressed with how everything went. I’ve been around plenty of properties, contractors, and projects over the years, so I pay close attention to communication, quality, and whether the work is being done the right way. Apex handled everything in the apartment, including the flooring, painting, kitchen updates, countertops, two bathrooms, electrical work, and exterior stucco repair. Igor had great suggestions throughout the project and helped with the design and finish material selections. The work came out really clean, the apartment looks completely updated, and they finished earlier than expected. This was by far the best experience I’ve had with a contractor. Apex American Homes is now my go-to contractor for future work, and I would definitely recommend them."
