Minimized dust and protected home & furniture. * Very good communications with RW every step along the way. * Sean, Project Mgr made himself available & always responded quickly. He informed us of every delivery & each sub-contractor's visit on a daily basis. * Sean timely addressed every request or concern that we ever brought-up. Two subcontractors were required to do some follow-up. He gleaned from us that we are adventurous travelers, with a love of the outdoors; he noticed my husband is into music and has a love of classic rock musician hard-cover biography books; he noticed that we both are somewhat minimalistic and that we prefer an orderly space. Christian’s tireless energy over the next 4 months produced recommendations for sofas, artwork, accessories, lighting, area rugs, coffee, end, and drink tables – you name it, Christian thought of it! We needed it all. His recommendations fit not only our lifestyle and our aesthetic preferences, but our personalities.
