"We are a company that stands tall to all our work, and even when someone is not truthful, we will always ensure to be clear in our presentation of the truth and happenings. First in regards to collection of money the only thing we have collected for is for work that was completed and approved by customer. Currently there is still and outstanding balance of $3,590 labor for work not completed yet, and any material at cost that would of be incurred from finalizing project. When a project is not complete 100% it will not look finish, and we were not afforded opportunity to finish due to customer had to travel. There are several notes in our contract speaking to subpar work that we walked into from customer prior install / company, and always was professional in presentation to this point, and was cleaning up after them. Customer appears had a very negative experience and trying to couple us into that experience. From communication from customer his prior tenant is suing him, and he now appears trying to scapegoat someone else in his mishaps. We always look to ensure our customers are fully taking care of, and even if misrepresentation presented still look to learn from all encounters. Red flags were their w/this customer and we tried to work w/him, even when presented himself in very unprofessional character giving him benefit of doubt w/all the life things going on for him he presented. As shared, we stand tall to all our work we are afforded the opportunity to complete, and appreciate working for customers who are ethical. Our track record of work and efforts to ensure all is to highest standard is present in all we do, and we will always stay true to this work ethic along w/ensuring we back our work."

"A company that understands the value of customer service, clearness, and deepest desire to do things right the first time...we humbly admit there were errors on this job. A lot of these errors we could not control due to material issue. Anytime something does not go as planned their is a sincere feeling of apology, as desire all transactions be ones that level of service is high. The unfortunate events that took place commenced on when first door was ordered. Customer approved a door that was in-stock my craftsman showed him, and I (Charles) spoke directly w/customer on confirmation of purchase. After doors were installed customer informed he shared he wanted outswing vs. inswing w/our craftsmen. That lost credibility w/customer and our lead craftsmen onsite, so we removed him, and put a new lead there due to confidence was lost in misunderstanding customer shared that was there. This had nothing to do w/smell of breath, or inappropriate representation of self at jobsite. We then ordered a special order door, as the size and type he wanted was not in stock. Normal delivery time is 3 to 5 wks, and w/pandemic was adding several more. Upon special order door coming in took to customer home to install and unfortunately after commencing on install discovered door ordered by Home Depot salesperson was smaller then what was on paperwork for order (correct size), and now had to place another order of door. Upon getting 3rd door, measured at Home Depot before taking to customer home to ensure was correct size. Upon arrival my craftsmen shared the customer was using inappropriate language at my team, constantly berated the prior craftsmen for his error, and making them fill uncomfortable while at jobsite. During process of installation door broke, and now a new door had to be ordered, which now adds another several weeks. There was no breach in contract. 4th door in, ready to install, and customer stated having someone else install. Check has been mailed to customer for refund for install amount on contract."

Talking to our craftsmen, he shared he put rods where you requested, then mid-way through install realized that was not the best place for it. We put notes on our database the same day work was done to this point. Our craftsman informed you, offered to fill the holes, and you shared not to worry about. Our offer still stands tall, and we will contact you to come out to correct if you like, as we want you to have best finish product. Updated: We spoke to you live, and you shared did not want corrected as other holes need to be repaired, and will just do when sale home. Additionally, stated what communicated was accurate we put where you requested, but wished we would of looked at and suggested different location."

Instead of sharing how much time he was there which was more than what you have stated, along w/time to go get material etc. you are not accounting for. Our skillset is the beauty of what we offer; set aside we repaired over (11) holes. Due to how frequent, along w/right tools, and job knowledge we are able to complete work in a more efficient manner than most; which may appear or leave you w/feeling it did not take that long. As you stated work "was done well", and our goal is to make sure the proper quality is demonstrated and provided. If we would of taken longer or broken down the exact amount of time of your job, it appears from your post you would of scored us more in line w/quality you received.
