"SD Assembly Pros / Steve Lawrence is an exceptional contractor. We have several rental properties in the San Diego area that Steve has helped us with, and he just finished a full rehab on our 2bed / 2bath condo in Santee that was severely water damaged. This project included replacing the bath: tub; shower door; walls; ceiling; plumbing; and tile, and all the interior doors / casings, plus painting and various handyman services - the place has never looked this good! And Steve?s communication is absolutely the best, he talked us through the whole process, step-by-step, even suggesting design choices (which we readily accepted) and he regularly texted progress videos.
