"Jesus complete several jobs: fixed my leaking shower and repaired the water damage, replaced my screen sliding door, fixed my garage door that was off track and not opening, among other projects. He had a good attention to detail and quality and proactively proposed solutions; he made the whole process very easy for me. He was always very responsive on the phone and also kept my tenant happy. He even pulled a long day and stayed late to make sure everything was finished and cleaned up well."

We have several rental properties in the San Diego area that Steve has helped us with, and he just finished a full rehab on our 2bed / 2bath condo in Santee that was severely water damaged. This project included replacing the bath: tub; shower door; walls; ceiling; plumbing; and tile, and all the interior doors / casings, plus painting and various handyman services - the place has never looked this good! And Steve?s communication is absolutely the best, he talked us through the whole process, step-by-step, even suggesting design choices (which we readily accepted) and he regularly texted progress videos.
