"Danny took on our project, which was to build a home on an oddly-shaped, canyon side lot. We hired him as he had experience building on hillsides as well as with working with our architect. Ours was a very difficult project; from Coastal Commission to City approval, as well as with structural engineering. Danny had a plan for how to access and install our caissons into the hillside from day one. Not only that, his crew and sub-contractors showed up everyday, on-time for our year and a 1/2 building period. We communicated nearly every day via text or phone calls; Danny and his supervisor Scott were always VERY responsive. They were also open to alternate ideas in order to cut down construction costs. We've now been in our new home one year, and can honestly say that we are very happy with the craftsmanship and quality of our home. Moreover, the few small issues that we have had (garage door opener; low water pressure), Danny has continued to be responsive and to send his team back out to assist us over this past year. Overall, DM Building is an honest and earnest group of builders who only want the best for your project. "Mark and his crew did an excellent job remodeling my bathroom. It looks absolutely beautiful. His crew also put in lighting in my kitchen and removed some cabinetry. The kitchen now looks more spacious. They also replaced the flooring in one of my bathroom downstairs. I was so pleased with the upstairs bathroom, I had Mark and his crew remodel my downstairs bathroom. My son and daughter-in-law were so impressed with the results, they wanted Mark to work on their home but they live outside his service area."

"We hired Royalty Design and build to remodel our kitchen in our home in Cardiff by the sea. The house, built in the 90s, had outdated kitchen - cabinets, countertops and flooring. Before starting the remodel, we had consultation meetings with one of Royaltys designers, who helped us select materials and created a design that matched our vision. The project was managed by Lavi, who maintained excellent communication with us throughout. he was always professional and readily available to answer any questions we had. "We are very happy with our finished project and it made a world of difference for our home! The best parts about this process: Ilan takes you shopping at HIS vendors, guiding you through choosing appliances, finishes, paint colors, counters, tile, etc. This can be overwhelming and he not only helps take the guesswork out, but stretches your dollar by passing along his contractor discount directly to you. His picks for finishes were spot on for our tastes. This also helps because everything is ordered and ready to go before they start the job reducing any delays and keeping the timeline tight. He is also very good about staying on budget - no surprises or add-ons that I'm told are almost standard in the industry. His employees are courteous, professional and keep a clean worksite - they tidied and swept up every day and we had a cleaner sent when the project was complete. The ONLY thing I would note is that work days tended to be more 9/10am-7pm than 8-5 if Ilan is not supervising daily. Overall, we would use King Remodeling for future projects and recommend them to anyone!"

Idan was with us every step of the way, picking out all the materials for the project and also provided a 3D rendering that helped a lot with the design. We got a work schedule and payment schedule before we started so everything was super clear and organized with no surprises and extra costs. They crew showed up on time and kept our house clean at the end of each day which was very important since we have younger children. Kitchen came out beautiful as promised. Great job !"
