"Danny took on our project, which was to build a home on an oddly-shaped, canyon side lot. We hired him as he had experience building on hillsides as well as with working with our architect. Ours was a very difficult project; from Coastal Commission to City approval, as well as with structural engineering. Danny had a plan for how to access and install our caissons into the hillside from day one. Not only that, his crew and sub-contractors showed up everyday, on-time for our year and a 1/2 building period. We communicated nearly every day via text or phone calls; Danny and his supervisor Scott were always VERY responsive. They were also open to alternate ideas in order to cut down construction costs. We've now been in our new home one year, and can honestly say that we are very happy with the craftsmanship and quality of our home. Moreover, the few small issues that we have had (garage door opener; low water pressure), Danny has continued to be responsive and to send his team back out to assist us over this past year. Overall, DM Building is an honest and earnest group of builders who only want the best for your project. "I interviewed several contractors before selecting Mark Halpert Construction. Unlike the other contractors that I had interviewed, Mark was very interested in hearing my ideas and was not trying to take over the project with his vision for my home. Despite the challenges of undertaking a home remodel while living there, Mark was very responsive to any concerns I had and fully explained what I was to expect as the project moved forward. With any project of this size, there will be hiccups but I always found Mark very responsive in a timely manner to any of my concerns. His crew was wonderful and I’d like to give a special appreciation to José for all his hard work. Mark has an wonderful eye for detail and it was evident that he takes a great deal of pride in his work. Mark and his crew were always very and respectful of my home and space by leaving it cleaned up after each days work. Even my neighbors commented that the workers were very polite when interacting with them and we’re diligent about cleaning up at the end of their workday. "We hired Royalty Design and build to remodel our kitchen in our home in Cardiff by the sea. The house, built in the 90s, had outdated kitchen - cabinets, countertops and flooring. Before starting the remodel, we had consultation meetings with one of Royaltys designers, who helped us select materials and created a design that matched our vision. The project was managed by Lavi, who maintained excellent communication with us throughout. he was always professional and readily available to answer any questions we had. Lavi visited the site several times each week to check on progress and ensure everything was going smoothly. "When I moved into my house I was disappointed in the condition it was in. I had Al come and provide a estimate to get it cleaned properly. I was very happy with the work performed. Everything that was cleaned sparkled when it was completed. The quality was better than I expected. The cleaning crew was friendly. Al came and made sure that all the cleaning we had agreed to was completed. Will be scheduling a regular cleaning service with the company."

"Ilan is a well oiled machine, this guy is incredible. There is a lot to say here so I am trying to keep it concise and clean (like Ilan runs his business). A couple of things that really stuck out to me: He gave us what he would recommend, and we of course went around and "price checked" (wrongfully) assuming that he was wanting us to go with his vendors for kickbacks. The opposite was true, what he recommended was the best, and he got us the best deal for the best. The vendors we went to (flooring, appliances) all knew of Ilan and all wanted his business and strived to have it, that being said multiple said that he was "someone who demanded excellence" from them. The guy is incredibly respected across the boards, which waterfalls into his team. His team was incredible. They were respectful of literally everything, us, our dogs, our space, our privacy. They swept every day when they left and welcomed us every morning with a big smile and hard hard work. That was huge and unexpected for us. We got electric, flooring, walls, insultation, appliances, and plumbing all done with King Remodeling. They checked in DAILY to ensure everything is where we wanted it to be. I am incredibly impressed with these guys, especially at the height of when they are needed, they acted like we were literally their only client through and through."

"Idan and Bobby did a great job with our kitchen remodel. Idan was with us every step of the way, picking out all the materials for the project and also provided a 3D rendering that helped a lot with the design. We got a work schedule and payment schedule before we started so everything was super clear and organized with no surprises and extra costs. They crew showed up on time and kept our house clean at the end of each day which was very important since we have younger children. Kitchen came out beautiful as promised. Great job !"
