"Danny took on our project, which was to build a home on an oddly-shaped, canyon side lot. We hired him as he had experience building on hillsides as well as with working with our architect. Ours was a very difficult project; from Coastal Commission to City approval, as well as with structural engineering. Danny had a plan for how to access and install our caissons into the hillside from day one. Not only that, his crew and sub-contractors showed up everyday, on-time for our year and a 1/2 building period. We communicated nearly every day via text or phone calls; Danny and his supervisor Scott were always VERY responsive. They were also open to alternate ideas in order to cut down construction costs. We've now been in our new home one year, and can honestly say that we are very happy with the craftsmanship and quality of our home. Moreover, the few small issues that we have had (garage door opener; low water pressure), Danny has continued to be responsive and to send his team back out to assist us over this past year. Overall, DM Building is an honest and earnest group of builders who only want the best for your project. "If I could give I'll Handle It ten stars, I would! I hired Dave, the owner, to tear down my old fence and build me a new one. The proposal price was right in line with what I was expecting and I chose I'll Handle It over the others that I interviewed because of how Dave really listened to what I wanted and although offered suggestions didn't try to push me otherwise. Dave's expertise really became apparent when a snag appeared in the installation because of how the old fence had been installed over a concrete block retaining wall. A masonry person needed to be called in to fix the problem and Dave was able to get him to come over to look at it that same day and the extra cost was right in line with what I was expecting. The masonry repair was completed the next day and Dave finished up constructing my new fence the day after that. This masonry problem really created a problem for Dave because he is very busy and had to move some other work around that he had scheduled for other people. But through it all, he was friendly and solution oriented, and very concerned that my fence was built the way I wanted it. The new fence is fantastic!! I highly recommend Dave and I'll Handle It. "Mark and his crew did an excellent job remodeling my bathroom. It looks absolutely beautiful. His crew also put in lighting in my kitchen and removed some cabinetry. The kitchen now looks more spacious. They also replaced the flooring in one of my bathroom downstairs. I was so pleased with the upstairs bathroom, I had Mark and his crew remodel my downstairs bathroom. My son and daughter-in-law were so impressed with the results, they wanted Mark to work on their home but they live outside his service area."

"Idan and Bobby did a great job with our kitchen remodel. Idan was with us every step of the way, picking out all the materials for the project and also provided a 3D rendering that helped a lot with the design. We got a work schedule and payment schedule before we started so everything was super clear and organized with no surprises and extra costs. They crew showed up on time and kept our house clean at the end of each day which was very important since we have younger children. Kitchen came out beautiful as promised. Great job !"
