"The work completed was of the highest quality. Danny, the owner of DM Building, is a fair and honest business owner, and very responsive. He has a very skilled group of people and they did a great job from start to finish. Our foreman, Scott, who treated the project like it was his own home, provided excellent guidance and help throughout the remodel. The attention to detail was impressive and suggestions were made along the way which made the house even better. Most of the workers are employees which helps in scheduling work. We did work with some contractors recommended and managed by DM Building for kitchen and laundry cabinets, as well as tiling and flooring--and they were professional and did excellent work. In my case, I had never done a remodel and my husband was the main contact in initiating the work. Unfortunately, he died when we were in the middle of the rebuild. Danny, Scott and his crew were very supportive and helped me through the remodel, over and above my expectations, accommodating additional changes and working with me to get everything completed. If you have anything you need done in your home, do not pass go -- just call Dave!  This is the third time I have used him at my  rental property.  I emailed him and told him what needed to be done.  We set a date and he was there AHEAD OF TIME, along with a helper.  He had already fixed the screen door before I got there, since he could access it from the outside.  He either put in new rollers or adjusted the existing ones and cleaned them and the tracks. 

As for the glass door, he had to remove it to look at the rollers.  This was quite a difficult job, as it was difficult to remove, and then the glass was extremely heavy.  But he and his employee did it.  He looked at the rollers and determined that I didn't need new ones, but that the old ones could be cleaned up.  They had gunk all over them and could only be cleaned and greased properly with the door off.  (He actually told me he looked to find new rollers before he came to the house in anticipation of having to replace them, but there were 25 rollers to choose from.  He said if there were 8 or so, he would have purchased them all and returned the ones he didn't need.  Talk about being prepared!)  The door slides great now.

 The kitchen faucet moved at the base.  You could literally move it 180 degrees.  My crack contractor who had remodeled the kitchen months before had not tightened it enough.  Dave had a little trouble with it because he said the nut had rusted a little due to some water on it.  But he was able to tighten it and now it works great.  He also discovered, on his own, that the air gap was loose and tightened it.

He is a pleasure to work with.  He is honest, punctual and efficient.  You can't ask for any more!

The first time we used them we were moving out of an apartment we were renting while our home was being remodeled. They stuck to their quoted price even though the job was a little more than they expected. We then had them continue to clean our new home.

They were very reasonable and professional, again sticking to their quoted pricing even though we were still in the middle of construction while living in our home and there was constant construction dust in our home.
