"We just recently completed a remodeling project, for a few years we are thinking about it and we added a room to our house. we started the addition process with architectural and engineering plan, it went smooth and easy, we sent back any changes that we had in mind. Few weeks upon the permit approval, construction started. Ilai the project manager was super knowledgeable and updated us almost daily, their designer assisted with the final materials inputs and recommendations, all of the crewmember was respectful and clean. We are very happy with the end result!! And Iâ m happy to recommend to any one I know."

"Danny took on our project, which was to build a home on an oddly-shaped, canyon side lot. We hired him as he had experience building on hillsides as well as with working with our architect. Ours was a very difficult project; from Coastal Commission to City approval, as well as with structural engineering. Danny had a plan for how to access and install our caissons into the hillside from day one. Not only that, his crew and sub-contractors showed up everyday, on-time for our year and a 1/2 building period. We communicated nearly every day via text or phone calls; Danny and his supervisor Scott were always VERY responsive. They were also open to alternate ideas in order to cut down construction costs. We've now been in our new home one year, and can honestly say that we are very happy with the craftsmanship and quality of our home. Moreover, the few small issues that we have had (garage door opener; low water pressure), Danny has continued to be responsive and to send his team back out to assist us over this past year. Overall, DM Building is an honest and earnest group of builders who only want the best for your project. I highly recommend DM Building, and would be happy to discuss their work further with anyone who is looking for a custom home builder or looking to embark on a large remodel project. "GREAT. Dave with a business name of "I'll Handle It" really did handle everything. To begin with, Dave was right on time, he was dressed neatly and had a good appearance. He had all the tools/equipment needed to complete my tiny job. I needed a floating shelf removed and a new one hung and to assemble a book case. After the book case was assembled, I needed 3 more shelves installed in open spaces of the book case. I also needed some 2 shelves installed that would act as support so some of the bookcase shelves wouldn't sag.... Dave was able to do all of my requestes with ease. When he was finished, Dave removed all of the trash. If I need any other items hung or assembled, I will, without a doubt, Call Dave as like his business card and the name of his business say "I'll Handle It". and that is exactly what he does. P.S. he also had a great sense of humor and made me laugh. THANKS DAVE... you are the best"

"We hired Royalty Design and build to remodel our kitchen in our home in Cardiff by the sea. The house, built in the 90s, had outdated kitchen - cabinets, countertops and flooring. Before starting the remodel, we had consultation meetings with one of Royaltys designers, who helped us select materials and created a design that matched our vision. The project was managed by Lavi, who maintained excellent communication with us throughout. he was always professional and readily available to answer any questions we had. Lavi visited the site several times each week to check on progress and ensure everything was going smoothly. We are extremely happy with the results and highly recommend Royalty design and build for your next project."

"The work was excellent, on time and very professional. The design helped sell for very high price, Many projects both residential and commercial, were exceptional."

"We interviewed several Remodeling specialist, But after speaking with Ilan we were sold on king Remodeling. We had many thoughts and ideas on how we wanted our master bathroom remodel to look. Our initial meeting with Ilan was incredible. He listen to our ideas, made suggestions, showed us lots of photos of recent bathroom remodels that his company did, and updated us on the newest styles and designs. Here’s what you want in a remodeling company. You want expertise, dependable staff, craftsmanship, and teamwork. We got it all from king Remodeling! We highly recommend them."

"Overall we're very happy with the new bathroom. Specialty did very good work and is great at communicating when changes or problems come up. We had some difficulty because I selected a lot of glass subway tile for the walls, and that took longer and cost a few hundred dollars more in labor."

"All went well. Al is very professional and super responsive! He is willing to work until everything is perfect. Will definitely hire again!"

"Sarah was great at getting to know what styles I liked and understanding what I really wanted my place to look like. She came back with options to choose from and adjusted just a bit after giving me room to provide my feedback. The designs came out great and people are really impressed when they come to my home. They always ask who designed it, and now you know 🤣 I highly recommend Sarah if you want similar outcomes! I really enjoy coming home everyday now, and it’s very much thanks to Sarah’s interior designs! She also helped coordinate some of the purchasing, which was super helpful, and is generally well organized. She used to work for a firm that charges much more, so you’re getting all that experience without having to pay for quite so much overhead."

"Working with Charles has been fantastic. He's so creative and has amazing vision with color and space. He listened to what we wanted and ran with it. He and his co-designer, Carly, brought to our home many varieties, swatches and samples of all the products I was looking at. Together we selected the best ones for all my rooms. They were responsive and worked within our budget. I highly recommend Charles and his team for any design project you may have!"
