"Trap snapped 2 hours after he left. Unfortunately it didn’t kill instantly and I had to finish the job as both my husband and exterminator not present. Had to put poor critter out of its misery. We are city folks living in country for first time and have a lot to learn. Yet very efficient company that uses traps and chemistry nontoxic to environment and my animals. We also have wasp and ant problems to be addressed later in year. Have great confidence they will help."

"I had argentine black ants. I worked with Ben Taylor. He said if I have a question to give him a call. I did call a few times with questions and he was very courteous and nice. They did a great job. I felt they are honest as I had concerns that were addressed by other termite companies. Ben was able to ease my concerns and said the information I received from the previous companies was not all true. I cannot speak highly enough about the high integrity of this company.
