"Simply outstanding. Arrived promptly at the designated time and immediately covered our tile & carpeted floors, as well as furniture in the immediate work area. Upon cutting open the affected water damaged drywall, he discovered a remaining pinhole leak in a drainage pipe from the upstairs bathroom previously repaired by a plumber...or so we thought.
