As it turned out, my problem was not with swarming termites but flying ants in my attic and water damage to my back porch posts. He found one small isolated area that had a start to dry wood termite damage. At the end of the inspection. Steve explained that their wasn't a major problem that I couldn't correct on my own. He gave me the option of using his company for repairing and correcting all of the problems noted or correcting the problem on my own. I am extremely satisfied with Hi-Tech Termite Control's quick response and service.
