"I used Home Advisor to identify companies that handle pest control in my area. Four companies showed up and Hi-Tech Pest Control was one with highest rating. However, I sent requests to all four companies that showed up on the Home Advisor web site. And Charity Waldman, the Hi-Tech Pest Control office manager called me within two hours of my online request. The call was very professional, asking all of the right questions in a very pleasant manner. Steve Barton of Hi-Tech Pest Control came to my house and introduced himself and explained what he would do during the house inspection. "I have been using their service for over 10 years to control ants and rats. Great service for the money. I highly recommend them. They get down all the spider webbs, set out bait for the rodents and sprayed for ants and other bugs. If is safe for my pets and my fish in the pond. Couldn't be happier."

"Great. Vince took care of the initial issue (ants) and when I asked hi to look at termites, he did a new complete review. Unfortunately, found several instances that needed treated and repaired and put together a reasonable estimate and schedule. I'll be able to rate that experiene next time."

"Excellent. Painless. We saw dropping from our wood framed sliding glass door, so we thought it had to be termites. The last time we had termites, we tented and it was awful. We were delighted that this company advertised with KFI radio or else we wouldn't have known about them. The two licensed inspectors were very thorough. They explained how each of their treatments worked. As they found termites, they showed us the droppings. When the technicians arrived (on time) to do the work a few days later, we were pleasantly surprised how considerate they were. They were efficient, knowledgable, and cleaned up after themselves. They even brought their own vacuum cleaner. We would use them again. So nice that we didn't have to move out for a few days and are confident our problem has been taken care of."
