"I called D&S Termite and Pest Control two times to rid my house of rats, once in Sept, 2011 and and once in  Nov, 2013.  The first service in Sept, 2011 went went well.  The Field Representative searched the house and yard for evidence of rats, found evidence in the attic, and placed traps there.  He came back in a week or so, removed a dead rat, and checked back each week for a month.  I paid $200 for this service.  The second time, the Field Representative did not do an extensive search (perhaps because he had done one two years before).  He did not check the attic because I had found evidence of the rats on the first floor--in retrospect, I think a search of the attic was warranted.  He placed four traps in the house.  I found a dead rat in the kitchen and disposed of it myself.  This time (Nov. 2013) I signed a contract: D&S placed three rat traps on my property outside and I have been paying $35 to have them checked once each month for a year.  Apparently, D&S will also check the house if there was evidence of rats within.   This has ended up costing $420 and I have received very little in return.  I do not feel that the house was searched well enough initially for evidence of rats.  I could have set the traps myself, and, indeed, I, not D&S, ended up removing the dead rat.  I would probably not hire D&S again.

"Trap snapped 2 hours after he left. Unfortunately it didn’t kill instantly and I had to finish the job as both my husband and exterminator not present. Had to put poor critter out of its misery. We are city folks living in country for first time and have a lot to learn. Yet very efficient company that uses traps and chemistry nontoxic to environment and my animals. We also have wasp and ant problems to be addressed later in year. Have great confidence they will help."

"Vincent is very reliable. His pricing is reasonable. He thoroughly checked around my house and identified areas that promoted ant and insect nests. I have a bi-monthly contract with him and he spends a lot of time doing a thorough spray."

"Excellent & professional service. I have used Joshua’s Pest Control for sometime & am very pleased with their service. The technician was very professional & kept me informed."

"They got rid of the ants. We just thought we'd give them a try because we haven't had any pest control before."

"We had rodent getting into our home, for multiple weeks. When we called Atomic Pest Control, Francisco came out and did a very thorough inspection of the entire property and sealed up the openings on the stop. Within a couple days the rodents left inside were trapped the issue completely stopped. Would highly recommend his services to anyone having any rodent issues!!!"

"I used Home Advisor to identify companies that handle pest control in my area. Four companies showed up and Hi-Tech Pest Control was one with highest rating. However, I sent requests to all four companies that showed up on the Home Advisor web site. And Charity Waldman, the Hi-Tech Pest Control office manager called me within two hours of my online request. The call was very professional, asking all of the right questions in a very pleasant manner. The other three pest control companies either didn't respond or did respond about two or three days after my online request. Steve Barton of Hi-Tech Pest Control came to my house and introduced himself and explained what he would do during the house inspection. I can't say enough about the high quality and friendly service I received from Hi-Tech Termite Control. As it turned out, my problem was not with swarming termites but flying ants in my attic and water damage to my back porch posts. He found one small isolated area that had a start to dry wood termite damage. At the end of the inspection. Steve explained that their wasn't a major problem that I couldn't correct on my own. He gave me the option of using his company for repairing and correcting all of the problems noted or correcting the problem on my own. I am extremely satisfied with Hi-Tech Termite Control's quick response and service. Steve's professional manner and helpful information made Hi-Tech Pest Control made me feel confident that was the company and people I would always want to deal with in the future. The above is my own personal honest opinion and no one asked or even hinted that I leave this review. Art T"

"I didn't need any additional work. My termite inspection was clean. There were no termites and no further work needed. The man was very good and thorough. The price was definitely an "A". He was as thorough as anyone could be. It was one person that came out. It took about 1/2 hour to 45 minutes. An hour at the most. His cleanliness was fine. He was very professional, answered all the questions that I had, so I was satisfied with him."
