"I called D&S Termite and Pest Control two times to rid my house of rats, once in Sept, 2011 and and once in  Nov, 2013.  The first service in Sept, 2011 went went well.  The Field Representative searched the house and yard for evidence of rats, found evidence in the attic, and placed traps there.  He came back in a week or so, removed a dead rat, and checked back each week for a month.  I paid $200 for this service.  The second time, the Field Representative did not do an extensive search (perhaps because he had done one two years before).  He did not check the attic because I had found evidence of the rats on the first floor--in retrospect, I think a search of the attic was warranted.  He placed four traps in the house.  I found a dead rat in the kitchen and disposed of it myself.  This time (Nov. 2013) I signed a contract: D&S placed three rat traps on my property outside and I have been paying $35 to have them checked once each month for a year.  Apparently, D&S will also check the house if there was evidence of rats within.   This has ended up costing $420 and I have received very little in return.  I do not feel that the house was searched well enough initially for evidence of rats.  I could have set the traps myself, and, indeed, I, not D&S, ended up removing the dead rat.  I would probably not hire D&S again.

"Amazing how they know pests and can treat for black widows. He got rid of 2 that I found dead and when I found another one that was huge - they came right back and sprayed the entire area... excellent customer service and follow through! Much success shall prevail for this Pest Control Company."

"First, we decided to have Hafa Adai perform pest control services because they answered our request in a timely manner and had a very competitive price. Second, they had excellent reviews. When Vincent contacted us, he provided the information we needed, understood what our issues were, and was very timly in delivering the service. Once here, he surveyed the situation where we had ants inside our house, mostly in the kitchen and bathrooms. He determined that he needed to treat the outside first. In doing so, he found five (5) ant nests/collonies around our perimeter and treated those and the entire outside. He used ant traps on the inside. Since treating for ants, we've been free of these insects and the issues we had on the inside. Vincent's professional service was the answer."
