"Trap snapped 2 hours after he left. Unfortunately it didn’t kill instantly and I had to finish the job as both my husband and exterminator not present. Had to put poor critter out of its misery. When Vincent contacted us, he provided the information we needed, understood what our issues were, and was very timly in delivering the service. "I didn't need any additional work. My termite inspection was clean. There were no termites and no further work needed. The man was very good and thorough. The price was definitely an "A". He was as thorough as anyone could be. It was one person that came out. It took about 1/2 hour to 45 minutes. An hour at the most. His cleanliness was fine. He was very professional, answered all the questions that I had, so I was satisfied with him."
