Worst customer service ever! They got the address wrong tried to tell me there was a bee hive at the WRONG house. They missed my appointment never followed up on the "inspection" and owner Sean basically never apologized & said it was my fault his guys got the wrong address even though I scheduled it with his office staff. Do yourself a favor and don't go with the lowest bidder here.

When I requested a quote online on a Sunday I received a call within a few minutes from an individual who was extremely polite and responsive. The day of, Jose arrived and was extremely professional, adjusted his plans to our needs, and explained any issues we might have in the future based on our house. He explained the requirements for everything to be safe for the spray in our nursery and we have not seen an ant since. Thank you very much!

Overall fine. Making appointment was easy. Sean ended up being over an hour late because of an emergency job. He did let us know but we had planned to go out so it was a nuisance. Sean did charge us less because he was late. Ultimately my wife was concerned about toxicity so a weaker solution was used (does not kill spiders) and we limited the inside areas to be sprayed. The job was done quickly and we are finding dead insects periodically as the solution continues to work for a period of time.
