"I can't even begin to tell you how impressed we have been with this company over the last four years.  My neighbor and I went on a hunt four years ago to replace the sliding glass doors and windows in our 40 year old townhouses.  As you all know, this is a very costly project, so we did extensive research and got multiple estimates before we started.  We decided on Brothers, and we replaced our windows in stages, as we could afford it.  We were a little nervous about this....what if we picked badly ....didn't like the windows or the service, and we would be "stuck".  Well, no need to worry...everything was perfection.  Each time, JT would come out for the initial estimate.  Then their expert "measurer" would come out and send in the order.  The service department would call and coordinate with me and my neighbor for the date for the installation.  Each time, every appointment was on time, and every installation was perfect.  They also clean everything up beautifully!  Over the last four years, I have had two sliding glass doors and nine windows replaced in three different installations.....and not one hiccup or complaint for the entire process.  Isaac and Gabriel came out at nine...installed the last three windows in my neighbors, and the last six windows in my unit....and cleaned up and were gone by 5:00.  Oh, by the way...there was a torrential downpour in our neighborhood last week...2" in one hour.....and not one leak in any of the windows.

If you have anything you need done in your home, do not pass go -- just call Dave!  This is the third time I have used him at my  rental property.  I emailed him and told him what needed to be done.  We set a date and he was there AHEAD OF TIME, along with a helper.  He had already fixed the screen door before I got there, since he could access it from the outside.  He either put in new rollers or adjusted the existing ones and cleaned them and the tracks. 

As for the glass door, he had to remove it to look at the rollers.  This was quite a difficult job, as it was difficult to remove, and then the glass was extremely heavy.  But he and his employee did it.  He looked at the rollers and determined that I didn't need new ones, but that the old ones could be cleaned up.  They had gunk all over them and could only be cleaned and greased properly with the door off.  (He actually told me he looked to find new rollers before he came to the house in anticipation of having to replace them, but there were 25 rollers to choose from.  He said if there were 8 or so, he would have purchased them all and returned the ones he didn't need.  Talk about being prepared!)  The door slides great now.

 The kitchen faucet moved at the base.  You could literally move it 180 degrees.  My crack contractor who had remodeled the kitchen months before had not tightened it enough.  Dave had a little trouble with it because he said the nut had rusted a little due to some water on it.  But he was able to tighten it and now it works great.  He also discovered, on his own, that the air gap was loose and tightened it.

He is a pleasure to work with.  He is honest, punctual and efficient.  You can't ask for any more!

"On a home built in 1957 Approved Contractor Inc (ACI) installed new construction windows and sliding glass doors, stripped the house of old siding, removed old plywood sheathing and old insulation, and then insulated and stuccoed the house. What was important was not only finding a reputable construction company, but also one that would coordinate the total project. The added benefits were quality work and high-end material, at a competitive price. Of note, was the stucco method (4 layers-coats - scratch, brown, finish and texture). The texture coat is an elastomeric paint (color of my choosing) that is water repellent, reflective and provides an even color on the walls - with a lifetime warranty.
