Truck #13 ( Jerry and Hector) are Rock Star Installers and All Around great people! The are not looking for the "Easy Button" but use a very high standard of hard work and professionalism in making sure the final result is beautiful and long lasting. The quality of the material is excellent but how it's installed is the real beauty. Clean up was a Daily Event! The 3rd day Brandon and Jonathan joined to bring the project in on time. The whole crew worked well together and made it happen. I felt confident and happy to see what they were able to accomplish in just three days. Awesome! RBA is our first choice for window installs. Nica was able to look over the project needs for the window renewal and set up the project. Hector arrived as scheduled to take the measurements. Looking forward to having the new windows.

The work was excellent. The guys that installed the windows were super professional and knowledgable.

Slava and Sergio had to do some construction to install the windows. They were very conscientious and meticulous in their work and very clean. They left both the inside and outside of the house as they found it. One of the windows was upstairs and required extra time and effort.

This would be the 2nd second property in the past 12 months weâ ve used Renewalâ s by Anderson for window and slider replacement along with the 2nd time we used this same installation team of (3) three: Ivan, Sam & Victor. Truth be told, we requested this team by name on our new home because of the fantastic job they had done on our previous property. We were so satisfied with their work and final product we decided the expense to complete another upgrade on our new house was well worth our investment. Bottom line more than satisfied with our Anderson products but more so with the professional team than was sent to remove the old hardware & install the new upgraded glass. I had the best experienced working with everyone involved, from my first contact with my rep Elton Hendrix to the installers Jason (didn't' get his last name) and Samuel Barrios & Cristian. I had a few really old leaky windows plus one window that needed to be reframed and brought up to code. The temperature in my house, in the coldest San Diego days, would drop to 58 degrees. Since, I had my new windows installed, the temperature is about 10 degrees warmer. I'm also very happy with the work they did on the one window that was not up to code. I have already recommended your company to a few of my friends and acquaintances.

The installer Bebe was courteous, friendly, and meticulous. Clean up was spotless. The work was thorough, with no shortcuts or compromises. In the end, all my expectations were exceeded by a wide margin. I would recommend his team without any reservations, and we will use him again for the other rooms in the future.

After researching several window manufactures we hired Andersons to replace all of our windows, 15 total. Rob McDougle came out twice and was very informative and we were sold. Toby and Angle installed over a period of three days. They were very polite and answered any questions we had and did a wonderful job. The employee who came out and did some painting was also great, however I did not get his name. He had to match the color of our siding and it took a while, however he came through and matched it perfectly. I would recommend Renewal by Anersons to anyone wanting to replace their windows.

What a pleasure it was to work with Andersen. From sales to measuring to install every contact was professional and positive. The installation was the smoothest home project I think we've ever done. Can't recommend them enough

We chose Renewal by Andersen of Greater San Diego in December of 2021 to build and install new replacement windows for practically our entire house. (total of 21 windows). We researched several different window manufacturers and installers (including Pella, Andersen (new construction-type windows), Marvin, Milgard and others. Although Renewal By Andersen was EXPENSIVE, we felt the design, construction, and features of their windows (mostly large glider windows) as well as their installation technique (installed in a stucco house) best fit what we wanted. The sales rep. arranged for me to meet with one of their lead installers, Steve, and a technical consultant in their office to go over the installation process and options. We were particularly impressed that they employ all of their own installation crews and that they manage the whole process, including financing. Build time was quoted at 14-16 weeks and actually took approximately 17 weeks due to high demand. We delayed installation until mid-August due to travel plans. Installation was just completed in late August '22. The professionalism and process of the installation crew was superb! The crew leader, Jonathan L. and his crew member Toby P. are particularly to be commended for their teamwork and attention to my needs and concerns. Their helper, Sam, was also extremely careful in making sure the work areas were sealed off with plastic and floors covered completely where ever they worked. After the 1st day, it became apparent that installation was going to take longer than initially estimated and additional crew members were added. Thanks to Adrian, Juan, and others for their help and expertise. The installation took 5 days (as planned) with 4-5 crew members/day. The crew was very accommodating and offered to help with moving furniture, if we needed help. Everything was picked up every night. Another feature we weren't even aware of - Renewal By Andersen also employs their own painters that come following the job and provide paint/labor to paint anything disturbed, inside & out. Jose H. did and exceptional job on the finish painting details. We couldn't be happier with the finished result. The appearance and function of the windows exceeds our expectations. We have noticed significantly less heat gain in the house as well as much less outside noise. And particularly, we are amazed by the near invisibility of their TruScene screens. We feel that this purchase made a significant upgrade to our home that we will enjoy for the next 20-30 years. If I had to be critical of anything, my sales rep. left the company shortly after I signed the contract and no one else contacted me to take over managing the process. I had to initiate future contacts, but everything came together.

Steven, Jonathan and Sean are great, did their thing and changed out four windows and sliding door. Clean job before and after very pleased with workmanship.

I hit the jackpot when I signed up with Renewal by Andersen, every step was a great experience and I was kept informed from start to install. Our Installer crew, Steven, Jonathen and Sean were amazing, they arrived on time, made the install look so easy and effortless, but did the most amazing job and really paid attention to detail. Steve and Sean are fellow Brits, as am I am we hit it off right away, I really got the A-Team as my installers, thank you guys so much, just sorry it was the two hottest days of the year so far, but you didn't let that stop you. Our window installers (Jose Sandoval, Miguel Morales, and Carlos Ortiz) were a great team! They did a a very good job installing all our windows efficiently and professionally. They were on time each day and Jose even called each day to let me know ahead that the team would be coming in ~15min which I appreciated. All 3 were very professional and worked so hard on the project to finish our installation quickly. The new windows look beautiful! Note: We also chose Renewal by Andersen (and willing to pay more for high quality product) b/c these windows are manufactured in USA!

Victor Palencia was the technician that arrived punctual. Victor was polite and professional. I would highly recommend him for doing repairs!

Our installers: Julian, JJ and Irving were wonderful! Very personable and took the time to share what was unique about our installation and some of the technology behind the windows such as the new rain guards. They were patient with my questions, and worked very hard from the time they arrived until the job was complete. They were extremely careful not too damage or soil any of our outdoor furniture (even took an extra step to move our lights secured to our patio cover out of the way to avoid breakage during the installation process on some upper floor windows). Also it was amazing that not one spec of dust flew into our house, even with the cutting and shaping needed on our window frame and stucco for a perfect fit. The windows feel very sturdy, latch securely and are easy to operate.

To say that my experience with Renewal By Anderson has been phenomenal at literally every stage of the process would be an understatement. My wife and I did our research and had several window replacement companies over to our home to give their pitch, present their options, and provide their estimates. While impressive, none of them particularly stood out except when it came to price and minor amenities. Then we had RBA come in and, wow, the competition was blown *entirely* out of the water. RBA is the leader in the industry, bar none, and for all the right reasons. RBA was not the least expensive by any means, but for a major project like replacing 14 windows that range from small bathroom to 7 1/2foot wide by nearly 6feet tall livingroom window, we knew that this was as significant an investment as a room addition or kitchen remodel. We didnà ¢à  à  t want the standard vinyl window sandwich swap out, we wanted what should have been installed in the first place, and RBA not only delivered on that promise, they exceeded every expectation. And one of the first signs that our experience going forward would be fantastic is that we were told it would take anywhere from 12-14weeks before the windows were manufactured/shipped and available for installation. RBA called to schedule the installation in less than half that time. And this is where I get to gush about our installers, Bebe & Ryan. Bebe & Ryan arenà ¢à  à  t disinterested contractors, they are RBA employees who very much understand that they are the functional face of RBA and they take that very seriously. They were professional, efficient, courteous, and respectful. Actually, they were all that and more, they were also very friendly and cool, and they went far above and beyond the call of duty in every way. I literally cannot imagine how they could have done any better given how entirely delighted and blown away I am with the results of their efforts. They even managed to do the job in three days vice the four days that had been scheduled for our work, and they even identified several repairs/touch-ups that needed to be done and did them as a matter of professional courtesy. Keep in mind, they didnà ¢à  à  t just remove glass and tear out vertical supports, they literally uninstalled the old windows down to the architectural structure, installed weather-proofing superior to what was originally in place, installed the new windows, then an additional layer of weather-proofing. These windows arenà ¢à  à  t just a replacement, they are huge upgrades to the entire house. Bebe & Ryan are an awesome team and I highly recommend that they be specifically requested as your installation team. And given the fantastic warranty that is part of the whole RBA package, ità ¢à  à  s likely that we may have to have additional work done (gardenersà ¢à  à  mower throws rock and cracks a window, full replacement fully covered) and if/when that happens we absolutely will specifically request Bebe & Ryan.

Bebe and Ryan were so professional and easy to work with. They were so quick with the work that they finished a day early. They kept things clean throughout the house and were understanding about leaving certain doors closed because of our pets. Best decision ever.
