OMG, on time, looked at the blind and diagnosed the problem quickly. Got a few tools from his vehicle and 20 minutes later it was done, and better than new. Original place I bought the blinds from installed too close to wall. I am so happy with Alfredo. Prompt and VERY COMPETENT. Hard to beat that combo. Would use again in a heartbeat. Thanks Alfredo!

When the manufacturer said my blinds were out of warranty and no longer repairable (just needed broken strings replaced), I went to the Angi site and put in my work request. I was thrilled to have Alfredo contact me and say that he was pretty confident that he could make the repair and if he couldn't, there would be no cost to me. He was able to make the repair and I again have a fully functioning blind. He and his worker were polite, and timely with both the pickup appointment and the drop off. Their price was more than reasonable when you consider that it saved us the expense of replacing multiple blinds. We highly recommend Alfredo and are thankful that we found him through Angi.

The job (venetian blind repair) was completed to my total satisfaction. Alfredo and his son, Freddie, arrived early and worked steadily until finished. They even performed repairs to a second blind that was not included in my original order. When I asked him to include the extra work performed, he told me there was no additional charge. Alfredo and his helper did excellent work. The clips on the valence had broken off and the valence had fallen breaking off the end pieces. They made the repairs and replaced the clips. The valence is as good as new. Their customer relations were friendly and showed they knew what they were doing.
