The employee who helped me (I think his name was Armando) put in extra time to finish my car AND waited for me to finish work to pick up my car. I was told that it takes about a week for any "imperfections" to disappear and if they don't, it was emphasized that I can and should come back to get it fixed. It's too early to tell if there will be any problems, but not only do I not expect there to be, but if t here are, I have no doubt that they will fix them perfectly. "We've recently decided to update our home with new windows in a phased approach (not all at once). We've always been impressed by Andersen Windows reputation for quality, and for their installation services, so this was a natural choice for us. We made our purchase decision and signed the paperwork in mid-March. Our account representative, Jennifer, is fantastic to work with; no pressure sales, very informative and professional, fully intent on helping us get the best! We've just this week enjoyed the "first installment" of this project, three new windows for the spare bedroom and a sewing-room in our single-level house. We were quoted lead-time and delivery in June, but Andersen managed to improve that time by several weeks, so here we are in mid-April with new windows installed already! Our installers were Carlos Sr. and Carlos Jr., a father/son team who work incredibly well together. They arrived on-time, and had checked-in with us by phone even as they were traveling to our home. Even though we're now Covid vaccinated, they were careful to introduce themselves in safety/face masks. They quickly outlined their installation process for us, and got to work promptly. They were tremendously efficient and professional in their installation work -- the old windows came out cleanly, and the new Andersen windows went in "fitting like a glove." They kept us posted on their progress throughout the morning, and they were finished by early afternoon. Their post-install clean-up was impeccable, and they took time to explain how the windows work, plus care and maintenance, before leaving. They brought good humor, plus total professionalism and excellent workmanship, to our project. We'll be requesting this father/son team, Carlos Sr+Jr, for future installations! All-in-all, a perfect first installation from Renewal by Andersen! "Dealing with American Vision Windows was fantastic!  I really appreciated how well they adhered to the time frame established for installation.  It took into account my schedule.  The team, who did the installation was clean, professional, and responsive to questions.  This company is clearly dedicated to customer satisfaction.  In ordering, I neglected to specify I wanted dead bolts installed on all three sliding doors.  I made one phone call, and very quickly the additional dead bolt was installed.  American Vision windows also used top end insulation material around the windows, which will further help to keep the house comfortable.  Finally, they did a great job of cleaning up at the end of each day.  Everyone I dealt with from this company was easy to work with and totally customer oriented.  Great experience!
