"To say that my experience with Renewal By Anderson has been phenomenal at literally every stage of the process would be an understatement. My wife and I did our research and had several window replacement companies over to our home to give their pitch, present their options, and provide their estimates. While impressive, none of them particularly stood out except when it came to price and minor amenities. Then we had RBA come in and, wow, the competition was blown *entirely* out of the water. RBA is the leader in the industry, bar none, and for all the right reasons. RBA was not the least expensive by any means, but for a major project like replacing 14 windows that range from small bathroom to 7 1/2foot wide by nearly 6feet tall livingroom window, we knew that this was as significant an investment as a room addition or kitchen remodel. We didnà ¢à  à  t want the standard vinyl window sandwich swap out, we wanted what should have been installed in the first place, and RBA not only delivered on that promise, they exceeded every expectation. And one of the first signs that our experience going forward would be fantastic is that we were told it would take anywhere from 12-14weeks before the windows were manufactured/shipped and available for installation. RBA called to schedule the installation in less than half that time. And this is where I get to gush about our installers, Bebe & Ryan. Bebe & Ryan arenà ¢à  à  t disinterested contractors, they are RBA employees who very much understand that they are the functional face of RBA and they take that very seriously. They were professional, efficient, courteous, and respectful. Actually, they were all that and more, they were also very friendly and cool, and they went far above and beyond the call of duty in every way. I literally cannot imagine how they could have done any better given how entirely delighted and blown away I am with the results of their efforts. They even managed to do the job in three days vice the four days that had been scheduled for our work, and they even identified several repairs/touch-ups that needed to be done and did them as a matter of professional courtesy. Keep in mind, they didnà ¢à  à  t just remove glass and tear out vertical supports, they literally uninstalled the old windows down to the architectural structure, installed weather-proofing superior to what was originally in place, installed the new windows, then an additional layer of weather-proofing. These windows arenà ¢à  à  t just a replacement, they are huge upgrades to the entire house. Bebe & Ryan are an awesome team and I highly recommend that they be specifically requested as your installation team. And given the fantastic warranty that is part of the whole RBA package, ità ¢à  à  s likely that we may have to have additional work done (gardenersà ¢à  à  mower throws rock and cracks a window, full replacement fully covered) and if/when that happens we absolutely will specifically request Bebe & Ryan."

"I shopped around with other window and stucco/paint contractors before I chose Approved Contractor. Justin gave me a very detailed quote and worked with me to help me decide and define exactly what I wanted. He convinced me to go with the elastomeric coating over doing a re-stucco job because of its benefits of heat reflection, waterproofing, and it was basically the same price when you include the painting of all the eaves and trim on the house. I received a very fair price for each of the items and services, so decided to go with him for my entire home improvement project. Everything went quite smoothly despite delays of materials from suppliers due to COVID. Justin kept me informed as to progress of the manufacture and delivery of the windows, and was very responsive to my questions. The subcontractors he used to perform the work were all very skilled and professional. There were quite a few different people involved because of all the different things I was having done, so it got confusing at times when someone came to the door to do the day's work. In all, it took about 1 week to install 25 windows on my 2 story house (including sliding glass door), and 1 week to do the prep and paint/coating work. A few thousand $ in extra, unexpected expenses popped up, like replacing some dry-rot wood, extra stucco work around my new front door, and extra tiles for the new roof area, but Justin offered most of those additions to the contract at cost. I also know that there are often unexpected things that happen with new construction or reconstruction that cannot be seen and bid on beforehand, so I didn't feel like I was being taken to the cleaners with the extra costs. My house looks beautiful now, and I feel I made a very good investment, and a very good decision to go with Approved Contractor, Inc."

"Ski came to the house to measure all the windows and gave us a quote on the spot.  They came from the Simi Valley area to San Diego without a problem.  I was very appreciative of that.  The quote was very fair, so we signed a contract.  After a week or so, my husband and I changed our minds on two of the windows (stationary to operable).  I called SKI and he told me he would get me another quote and "Change Order" immediately.  It was in my INBOX after I got off work.  We signed and went forward.  They sent another individual to do the actual measurements and he cautioned us that we should not proceed until we confirm we don't need a permit and get HOA approval for the new windows.  We were converting some windows that were stationary to operable.  All was on hold until we actually received approval from the HOA, in writing and documentation that shows no permit was required.  Once American Vision Windows obtained the needed information, they ordered the windows.  The company owners EMAIL'd us with VIDEOS of the progress of our windows!  They emailed us with "the next step" videos as well.  We were informed the windows came in earlier than expected (a week) and they could do the installation.  Another email video came to us from the owners telling us how to proceed in preparing for the installation and to call if there are any problems.  I was VERY impressed.  I called with questions regarding the installation of the larger windows.  The woman assured me that they send teams to each job that specialize in the complexity of the job.  On installation day, they showed up on time and got right to work.  What I thought would take all day, took only 4 hours (give or take).  My husband was here for the whole thing and was extremely impressed with their professionalism.  They cleaned up completely when done and left NO DEBRIS behind.  They showed him the completed job and asked if he had questions.  The smaller windows opened a lot faster than the larger because they were so small, and tended to make the window tilt..  It was only because of the lack of "stops" on the bottom of the window that were on the top.  The installer said he would submit the concern.  AVW called me to ask about it and I told her the dilema.  I took pictures and she said she would send me stops for the smaller windows (bottom part).  I received them in the mail two days later.  They were too big though.  When I told her that, she had someone from ANLIN send me the correct ones.  I am VERY PLEASED with the overall outcome of the windows and installation!  I will definitely be calling again when the downstairs windows get replaced.

"We had talked to numerous installers all were very good, however american vision were the only dedicated window installers. I took care in asking questions on not just the windows but how they install them as well and the quality of the install. We had already some windows installed and without a doubt these windows look way better installed and the quality of them are extremely good, they use anlin high-end with thermal laminated glass that is so quiet plus the lines look very good. We also added a downstairs window for the bathroom that just cleaned up the look of the room we were super happy. Staff were great.
