Not too bad. The work itself was amazing but there was some delay in getting the glass to actually fix our window. It was supposed to be completed on a Saturday, but he had to order the glass that we needed (insulated I believe). They took forever to get him what he needed. Rescheduled for Wednesday but the glass still wasn’t ready until Thursday afternoon. Finally it was completed yesterday 10/15. He was quick and efficient and although he updated me ever step of the way, I still feel like it could have been a little smoother on when the glass would have been ready. I’m happy with the result and he did an amazing job (can’t control everything :))
