"Went great. They showed up on time and did a fantastic job. They covered the pool filter with plywood to avoid any damage from falling palm parts. The carrotwood tree belonged to the neighbor but extended into my yard too. They trimmed that nicely on both sides. They also trimmed the Bougainvillea's back to separate the neighbors tree from my side. Cleaned up nicely afterward too. (No dirt or anything in the pool! or the street). Highly recommended.
