I would not recommend Castaneda's Tree Trimming. In the past they have done a great job, but this time they ruined our palm tree, see photo of palm tree on left top 1/4 was skinned. We have video of the tree trimmer not doing a professional job, being lazy and creating disfiguration. When I spoke to Pedro he was not willing to correct the issue or refund us our $$. So sad...

Pedro provided a written invoice good for one month. I had to change the date of the work and they rescheduled the date. They arrived on time and efficiently removed a huge pine and cleaned up two other pines. They were careful not to damage any pots or plants. Contracted work was completed and all debris was cleaned up. They will be my go to tree people. I have had many tree trimmers over the years and they are the best and most reasonable!

Scheduled a Saturday 10 am appointment for an estimate and received a voicemail at 11:57 that they did not come at 10 and could I reschedule. I called back, related that I did not feel comfortable moving forward, as this may be indicative of their companys overall quality and declined. Just the facts, No drama, No hyperbole.

I called Pedro Castaneda to tell him that he should have come over when the job was completed to make sure everything was done to my satisfaction. Instead, he asked one of his workers to ask for full payment because he was busy. before asking his crew for the full payment. I called to follow-up with him to go over some things that needed to be addressed. He said he would come at 5 pm that day, but he never called or showed up.

My yard is the cleanest its ever been. They even cleaned the neighbors yard when some of the leaves went in their yard. The back neighbors vines were connected to the tree in my yard, and instead of cutting them the left the vines and untangled them and left them laying against the wall so they didn't get damaged. They were very polite, i would recommend them
