"I have used the Drain Co. several times. The work is always solid and reliable. They appear to have raised their prices though as last year it was $172 and this year $262 for 3 drains. The guy was here for roughly 2 hours. Last year it was 1.5 hours. I would have preferred knowing ahead of time the cost rather than being surprised by the bill, especially given that we are repeat customers and had an expectation that the cost would be equivalent to last year since our yard has not changed."

Eli really understood the value of the relationship that must have when a remodeling project is achieved and he understood clearly our expectations. During our meetings at our that house, Eli didn’t relied just on our personal design concepts and more than that, his design process started with our design preferences and included additional solutions to several items that we wanted to have but unfortunately they couldn’t be implemented. One of the ideas of Eli was to take down one wall that separated our kitchen from the rest of the house and we loved that idea because it made the house with a much larger open space. The remodeling went fast and Eli made sure that the crew will work at the house on a daily basis making sure that the daily tasks will be accomplished. "I have been working with this company before so the super service i received was not a surprise to me. From the head honcho Joseph from whom I always have something to learn, to the rest of the team which is an amazing group of workers. We met at my back yard and went over the scope of what i would like to be done. Notes taken, materials ordered and 10 days later we started. I personally love remodeling and like being involved in the process and understand how things are made and so for me watching the "before" and the "during" was very enjoyable time, especially this time when the renovation process was on the exterior of the house where dust and dirt are a non issue. Ill go quickly through the regular check list: showing up on time in the morning, each of them knows what they are doing, Spanish music from the radio, guys are laughing and you can see that they are pleased of what they do and have pride of it. cleaning constantly thorough the day, phone call is coming in the afternoon to let us know what up the next day, progress is smooth, ill make the long story short , a great experience once again.
