The customer service for this company is way below average. Seriously, what does it take to get a receipt for work done? Speaking to them on the phone is an exercise in patience. They just don't care.

Arrived on time, got the job done and cleaned up. The price was fair and the people were professional.

They Damage my Shingles on my Roof Till this day Robert Refuses to call me or text me . I've been calling Robert Every day and texting my calls go to voicemail. it's been a Month as of to day 10-18-2022. Do Not Hire them . This is 3 D Tree Service

Unfortunately, this is a review that includes both high praise for the quality of work regarding removing four very large rotting trees located on city property between 3 private residences and then goes south as soon as the check was delivered. The team did a fantastic job removing the trees, as required by the city to build a new structure while juggling unhappy neighbors. They got the trees out quickly and for a very reasonable cost, especially when considering the particular location. Upon wrapping up, the guys on site asked for the final check after showing me the stumps had been fully removed. It was my mistake not to take a long look around the entire property before issuing the check. As I looked out my back door the next morning, I see that the main power line running from the city pole to our weather-head was hanging a bit lower upon further inspection, found the main conduit to be cracked and shifted 35 degrees leaning toward our pool. Despite calls and messages asking for a return call to discuss the damages caused, no one ever called us back. The repair ended up costing us the same amount as the tree removal alone doubling the cost of the entire project. 3D claims they are insured and goes as far as to say that the most important thing to check out whenever you hire anyone or any company to do any kind of work on your property is to ensure that they are licensed, bonded, and insured. Allowing anyone to do any work on your property when they are not insured is a recipe for disaster. Well, maybe they are insured they are not. But that does not matter if they won't call you back to address the damages caused by their team. All in, they did a good job getting the trees out. The damages caused were accidental, but simply ignoring the problem and not fixing the issue leads me to recommend you go with another company. Or at the very least, do not cut them a final check until you can complete a thorough inspection of your entire property.

We had a large tree removed for a very fair price. We live in La Verne, ca and they are out of Orange County, so we thought the price would be high. They came the same day we called, to give the estimate and they were willing to do the job the next day , but we couldnâ t, so they came out the following day. My husband and I were very impressed with their expertise, safeguards and clean up. Everyone that came out are related, which I think is great! We are very happy with this company!!! One more thing...Robert came out and gave us a quote and when it came time to pay, after the job was done, we presented the 10% Senior Citizen coupon from Homeadvisor and they honored the coupon.
