Every thing was done.

It was fine, it was good. I had an estimate from them from 2013 and did not used them at that time. The 2 estimates that I had were pretty much equal. Everything was fine, they cleaned up after work.

It was great. The pricing was good. They called me back right away. Set the appoitment right away. When they came out to do the bid, they were on time. The workmen were here right on time. They were friendly and nice to work with. The budget was exactly what they told us it would be. I have already contacted them to call me next year for the same service.

They did arrive over one hour late. But the task was performed fast and clean. They wanted $700.00 for the service, but I told them, that I had an estimate from someone else for $500.00 So, I went with them and they did a great Job.

Wonderful. Mary Beth was very prompt coming out and giving me an estimate; very knowledgeable. The crew arrived on time, and John Carlos did everything he could to make sure we got exactly what we wanted, catering to both myself and my wife. They were fast, helpful, cleaned up nicely, personable and professional. Just Great!

Went great. They showed up on time and did a fantastic job. They covered the pool filter with plywood to avoid any damage from falling palm parts. The carrotwood tree belonged to the neighbor but extended into my yard too. They trimmed that nicely on both sides. They also trimmed the Bougainvillea's back to separate the neighbors tree from my side. Cleaned up nicely afterward too. (No dirt or anything in the pool! or the street). Highly recommended. Will use again.

Rock is awesome. He is so knowledgeable, and his team is professional and courteous. I would hire Rock again in a heartbeat.

I had a landscaping design/build company until illness kept me from continuing. I felt like I was in good and knowledgeable hands when Rock came out for the estimate - he is an arborist so he understood exactly what I wanted. His crew showed up on time and were very professional with a very capable foreman who interpreted Rock's job description accurately, so the job was done perfectly and the place was clean afterwards.

We had Rock Tree & Hillside come out to a rental house I own to give an estimate on removing a pine tree that was about 70-75 years old and 60 or more feet tall. It was almost dead, so we were worried about it being blown over in a windstorm. We also had an overgrown chinaberry that was getting in power lines and littering the yard. The company worked with my tenant, which I appreciated, so I didn't have to go to the site. 

Carlos and his crew came out and worked quickly to do these jobs as well as pruning an avocado that was not part of the work order. The pine was completely removed and the spot left flat, despite the profuse root growth. The chinaberry required extensive pruning and the crown needed to be raised, which was done professionally. The crown has a nice shape to it now and was not overtrimmed. The avocado didn't require as much but was in a difficult spot. All the detritus was cleaned up and the yard left clean and tidy.

Another thing I appreciate was that when my tenant left for a bit, the neighbor asked if the crew could cut some other branches, and the crew told him no, that he wasn't paying them and they would have to get her permission. This is not to be ungenerous, but the neighbor was kind of trying to take advantage of the situation.

The estimate was $2090, and that is what I paid, even with the extra work and what must have been a ton of debris to remove. I plan on calling the company in the future to remove some dead trees from my own yard.

This is the third time we've used them and they never disappoint.  They aren't the cheapest but if you care about your trees and how your lawn looks it is well worth the money.  They do an excellent job protecting all of the other plantings.  They also clean up really well afterward.

They are very knowledgable as well as being nice people.

Mary Beth came to the house and gave me a good estimate. When I got back to her within a week to say I was interested in getting the work done they said they were booking work 30 days out and I told them that was unreasonable and they should have told me that when I called the first time because in that case I wouldn't have had them come over and give an estimate. It was very misleading and a waste of my time.

Rock arrived about three hours after I called. He quickly assessed the situation and called a crew to come to the house as soon as they finished their ongoing job. We were all worried more about the neighbor's property than anything else. Eight men, including Rock, worked for two hours, until after hours (5:30pm), until all was cleared. The work was speedy, excellent, and reasonably priced. I have had work done by Rock's before, but this was an urgent matter. I greatly appreciate the professional job the men did and would recommend the company without reservation.

Rock came on time and gave me an estimate of services and talked me through the
trimming and shaping of the trees on my property.  I had three estimates and his was
the best and he seemed to most knowledgeable and straightforward.  I took a night
to review the beds and hired him the next day, they put me on the schedule about
ten days hence.  That day Rock and a large crew of men came with their trucks and
 machinery on time and worked efficiently and quickly.  There were a few things I wanted
Rock to look at that I hadn't worked into my estimate and he was very helpful and
 conscientious.  Absolutely the kind of service people who go the extra
mile to make sure the job is done well and make customers for life.

They were great and flawless.  It was fast and comprehensive.

We were very pleased with the quick response and good work.  Rock came to provide an estimate within a day of my calling and then fit our small job in the same week.  All the workers who came were hard-working and polite and they cleaned up everything well too.  I recommended them to my neighbor and would use them again.

I had them here twice. What stands out to me is that it is family owned and operated. Rock and his wife are both certified arborists. They come and give an estimate first. They go around the yard with you, look at everything, and tell you what their advice would be, what needs to be done. Then, they schedule it with their crew. They have their own crew. They are very quick. They have enough guys on the crew so they get the work done in quick time. They clean up everything afterwards and leave it looking beautiful. They are very professional.

They did an excellent job. The property manage reported back to me that they were terrific. I have been there since and it looks great.

A large crew and heavy equipment showed up at the appointed hour and proceeded to protect the roof of the house with plywood and tarps.  Cleanup was very good and the results outstanding.

They cleaned up after themselves. They were so understanding. My neighbor called the cops and it was quite the emotional experience but they remained professional. They even cut up the wood and provided me with firewood. At one point, I began to reconsider having it done and Rocks wife talked me through it.

Rock's Tree & Hillside Service were fantastic. They were great. Their price was half or 2/3 what everybody else was going to charge me. They were on time and they did the job in half the time. I thought it was going to take whole day, but they were done in 3 hours and they cleaned up after themselves.  They were fantastic, they were efficient, clean, fast and reasonable. I called up a few people and they were the lowest and they came when they said they would. It was a big job, it was trees that had become so big, they were beginning to crack the foundation so it was a big job and they took the root out.

Rock's crew came for three days.  The tree pruners are excellent.  Careful and thorough.  End product is healthy trees that are very pleasing to look at.  It was a difficult job done very well.  Not at all happy with the hillside clearing which we would rate relatively poorly.
