I needed a new faucet because that one was corroded. He also checked the toilet to see if the water flow was o.k. and it was. Next I went out to Home Depot and purchased another wide spread faucet. Called Joe and he came out to install it. He is very courteous and efficient. He answered all of my questions. I would definitely hire Phill's Plumbing again."

The copper pipes were replaced by durable flexible plastic pipes and the project also included replacing the water heater. The crew- Manny, Mitch and Josh promised to finish the project in 3 days- and they sure did it. The GREAT TEAM, efficient and professional, worked non stop and communicated with me before taking each next step. They reconnected about 20 points (such as washing machine, dishwasher, new water heater, multiple faucets and 3 toilets) The price is a little steep but the quality of the job looks very good."

"I have 3 Kohler Rialto one piece toilets that are very difficult to repair.  The toilet seats attachment connections are not accessible so you have to remove anchors from the top and then insert and attach new anchors.  I replaced the seats on a couple of them myself and it was an incredibly difficult process of trying to drill or break out the old anchors.  Adding the new ones seems easy.  Unfortunately if you tighten the new anchor too much it can expand and crack the toilet.  Which I did.
So now I had to replace one of the toilets.
I contacted Albano's and explained that I needed to have the toilet replaced in the next two days because my wife was returning from a trip and would be very unhappy that I destroyed one of our toilets while she was gone.
They sent Eric out within 30 minutes with the new toilet, at less than it cost from Home Depot, and he completely removed and replaced the toilet perfectly.
These are expensive toilets.  However, they told me up front what it would cost including service and they did exactly what they said for exactly the price they told me.  No shenanigans.
Eric was extremely helpful and professional.  I will definitely use them again if I need any plumbing done.

"We received a call from our tenant that a toilet was leaking. I contacted Mr Rooter, Long Beach, before 5pm and asked how quickly they could get out there and assess the situation. They arrived within 30 minutes of my call and did not charge me extra for doing so. The seal was no longer functioning under the toilet so they removed the toilet, replaced the seal, and placed the toilet back again. Happy tenant. Their standard charge was $195.00 for this job description.

"Good efficient work, showed up on time, clean, courteous workers. They gave me one choice for a replacement toilet to install the next day, so in the meantime I looked up the brand and model and found it was one of the cheaper toilets on the market. I called next morning and they offered me a better one at the same price. I should have done the same with the water heater they replaced. After it was completed I found pretty poor reviews on it. SoCal does give a 3 year warranty on labor, and manufacturer 6 years, so hopefully it will last longer than thatâ ¦ Just beware- probably with any plumbing company- Find out first what the reviews are on the plumbing fixture they're giving you before you sign off on it. As long as you do that this seems to be a reliable plumbing company to use."

"Hired Drain Town Rooter to clear a root growing in a toilet floor drain that was preventing adequate use of the toilet. The toilet had to be removed from the floor to remove the root after which the toilet was reinstalled. All work and communications were done with complete professionalism and on time. Yes, I would recommend using this company and will contact them if/when needed again for plumbing needs."
