"Joe cleared the sink drain and turned the water off because I needed a new faucet. The old one was leaking and it was an expensive faucet so the repair would be expensive. I needed a new faucet because that one was corroded. He also checked the toilet to see if the water flow was o.k. and it was. Next I went out to Home Depot and purchased another wide spread faucet. Called Joe and he came out to install it. He is very courteous and efficient. He answered all of my questions. I would definitely hire Phill's Plumbing again."

He evaluated the situation the same day and discovered roots and breakage in the sewer piping. "Our garbage disposal broke on Sunday morning. Mr. Rooter was the only provider I could find who provides service on Sundays. There were able to come over within a couple of hours. The garbage disposal was fixed and they even did a check of my faucet/toilet/water heater for no charge. When I called, they even let me purchase an available Angie's List deal then and there to save me $100 off the total price (so I paid $300 total). I will definitely use them again.

"The technician arrived at the start of the 2 hour window. On time! Very professional. Explained options for dealing with my toilet leak. I chose to replace the toilet and gave him guidlines for the new toilet. He went to Home Depot, acquired the toilet returned promptly and installed it in a timely manner. After which he broke down and explained the itemized charges. After paying for the work thru my credit card, I received an e-mail summary right away...One major concern that I had in hiring Western Rooter & Plumbing was that their technicians had been vaccinated for Covid 19. I had been referred to Western earlier this year by my condo HOA for a common area leak repair in my unit. I was assured by the dispatcher that the technician coming to my condo was vaccinated against Covid. So when I had this toilet leak problem 6 months later that I had to pay for, out of a multitude of plumbing companies, I went back to Western Rooter & Plumbing after receiving the same assurance."

Replaced 2 toilet flanges and reset both toilets for a third less than competitor's quote! I'm not looking forward to more plumbing problems in this 60 year old house, but I now know who to call!"

"I had a leak coming through my kitchen ceiling. Metz fee was able to come out a few hour later and identified that the leak was coming from my Master Bathroom toilet. They gave me the option of resealing but I wanted a new toilet. They were able to provide a quote for a toilet which was $500 more then the reseal so I just went for it plus asked them to also do my 2nd bathroom upstairs as well. They came the next morning and installed both toilets in less then 2 hours. They were very professional and I will use them again if I have any other issues."

"Jonathan was a great hire. He came and worked with my schedule and came on a quick short notice. He came for a clogged toilet and swapped my garbage disposal. The next day we clogged the toilet again and he came back within an hour to fix it again for no charge. Pricing is very reasonable and is much lower than other plumbers. I wouldn’t hesitate to hire him again. I plan to have my pipes looked at with a camera because I can’t have this keep happening."

"Hired Drain Town Rooter to clear a root growing in a toilet floor drain that was preventing adequate use of the toilet. The toilet had to be removed from the floor to remove the root after which the toilet was reinstalled. All work and communications were done with complete professionalism and on time.
