I needed a new faucet because that one was corroded. He also checked the toilet to see if the water flow was o.k. and it was. Next I went out to Home Depot and purchased another wide spread faucet. Called Joe and he came out to install it. He is very courteous and efficient. He answered all of my questions. I would definitely hire Phill's Plumbing again."

The garbage disposal was fixed and they even did a check of my faucet/toilet/water heater for no charge. "The technician arrived at the start of the 2 hour window. On time! Very professional. Explained options for dealing with my toilet leak. I chose to replace the toilet and gave him guidlines for the new toilet. He went to Home Depot, acquired the toilet returned promptly and installed it in a timely manner. After which he broke down and explained the itemized charges. After paying for the work thru my credit card, I received an e-mail summary right away...One major concern that I had in hiring Western Rooter & Plumbing was that their technicians had been vaccinated for Covid 19. I had been referred to Western earlier this year by my condo HOA for a common area leak repair in my unit. I was assured by the dispatcher that the technician coming to my condo was vaccinated against Covid. So when I had this toilet leak problem 6 months later that I had to pay for, out of a multitude of plumbing companies, I went back to Western Rooter & Plumbing after receiving the same assurance."

"I had a leak coming through my kitchen ceiling. Metz fee was able to come out a few hour later and identified that the leak was coming from my Master Bathroom toilet. They gave me the option of resealing but I wanted a new toilet. They were able to provide a quote for a toilet which was $500 more then the reseal so I just went for it plus asked them to also do my 2nd bathroom upstairs as well. They came the next morning and installed both toilets in less then 2 hours. They were very professional and I will use them again if I have any other issues."
