My wife and I hired the Creative Home Remodeling Group to update our kitchen and two bathrooms in our condo. Ben was our Project Manager and we are extremely happy with his guidance, direction, and expertise in turning our out-of-date and dark kitchen and bathrooms into bright, inviting, current, and comfortable rooms. Ben was always there to answer our questions at any time, and made it a point to make sure that we would be happy with the finished product, which we are. This company is legit! Ovi and his team did a great job of installing my new vinyl fence. Ovi went above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. He even helped to negotiate prices between my neighbor and I until we had a price we were all comfortable with for reconstructing a neighboring fence. Look no further. Creative Home Remodeling saved us and our retaining wall project from disaster. We had originally worked with two other contractors and our city for 15 months and all we had to show for the time and money spent was a huge hole and an even bigger pile of dirt in our backyard. When Ovi, the Creative Home Remodeling Project Manager, answered our call for an estimate, he was not only professional and knowledgeable, but also compassionate about all we had been through. He gave us a fair estimate to complete the job, but also his word that they would not give up until the job was complete and we were fully satisfied. Working with our city was very challenging, but they never gave up, meeting every requirement to gain approval and keeping us informed every step of the way. When we finally obtained approval, they immediately got to work, and the job was completed within a couple of weeks. Then they finished the job with lovely pavers and grass sod, so that our backyard was once again lovely, and finished just in time for our family’s Easter celebration. The work they did was excellent and we highly recommend them!

We’ve been renovating for a few years now and have hired various contractors through phases of our home. Our recent particular project was a difficult one, I knew it would be costly, we would find more issues my house is 100 years old and on top of that the ADU was not permitted), and it was important to do it once and do it correctly. I had many quotes to repair and waterproof our ADU and I am so glad we chose Creative Home Remodeling to finish our project. Ben led the project so I could focus on my day job, kept me informed daily, reviewed all changes and findings as we went, and kept things on schedule. We decided on solutions together and it’s been a few months now with peace of mind that it was done right. I also liked that they are familiar with small and large projects, mine wasn’t large but was challenging with essentially a re-build of one side of the ADU, the concrete behind it, putting in french doors and stucco/paint. We would definitely recommend and use again.

Ben and his team were great to work with. After doing a smaller bathroom for us we also hired them to work on the master bathroom renovation. Ben was on top of things and very communicative. After receiving several quotes for our bathroom renovations project my husband and I decided to go with Creative Home Remodeling. Their quote was competitive and the project manager Ben Sviri made us feel comfortable that he really understood our vision and was capable of executing it for us. Upon starting with demolition all the way through the finished project it was smooth and done in a timely manner. There was some additional water damage that was found after demo which included extra work which was understandable. Ben worked with us on price and we were grateful that the work was being done correctly and professionally. Unfortunately our home was renovated by the previous owner and not done to standard or code. But we feel at ease now knowing the work done by Creative Home Remodeling was done efficiently. Each step of our reno was inspected and passed by the city. Every question or concern we had was answered quickly by Ben and I felt satisfied that he took great care to handle them. Overall the project took about 6 weeks even with the extra work that was needed. Each contractor that worked on each step of the reno was respectful of our home and efficient with their work. I was thoroughly impressed at the speed and care at which they worked each skill. From demo, plumbing, electrical, tiling, paint, etc., it was all done wonderfully. The end project is a completely different bathroom and we love it so much. It turned out beautiful and we are so happy with the results. We would definitely recommend Creative Home Remodeling and plan on using them again for future projects.

Highly recommend working with these pros! I had a custom kitchen island built upon move-in to a new house. Ben & his team were on point throughout my entire remodeling process, from the ideation through to the final installation. Ben was super responsive to all my (many) questions and very available. We turned everything around in about 6 weeks. I'm planning to work with them again for another home project.

I was in need of redoing the shower in my bathroom. It had developed a leak in the valve behind the tile. The tile was original to the house. So, I needed to have a complete tear-out and re-tiling of the shower as well as the bathroom floor. I got 4 estimates for this work and I decided on Creative Home Remodeling Group. I dealt mainly with Ben, the general contractor. I had told him my reservations in using a general contractor from years past. Ben made sure that all of my concerns were met to my satisfaction. He communicated with me from start to finish. He worked around my work schedule. There were a couple hiccups along the way, but they were dealt with in a timely manner. All in all, it was well-handled and all the trades involved made sure to clean up each day. The tile and painting were well done, as well as the plulmbing and initial tear-out of the tile and vanity and the toilet. I really appreciated everyone involved to make this job as seamless as possible. The bathroom looks really nice. Thank you.

My husband and I really enjoyed working with Ben and his team at Creative Home Remodeling Group. Ben oversaw everything from making the plans, getting them approved by the city, scheduling the entire build and doing all final inspections. We really appreciate how communicative Ben was with what day and a time window we could expect the different work groups to come and what work would be done those days. If my husband or I ever had questions or problems with anything that was going on during our construction we were encouraged to call Ben and he helped create a solution that was workable for all of us. We liked that Ben and his team took care of everything from beginning to end and we did not have to hire any additional contractors along the way. We did have to purchase the specific fixtures and tiling we wanted.) We added apx 200 sq feet to our home, which included a bathroom, walk-in closet and room extension. The total process took exactly 1 year from signing our contract to us being able to use our added rooms. (That included making the plans, getting them approved by the city, the build, the installation and final walkthrough with the city inspector.) I would recommend using Ben and his team at Creative Home Remodeling Group to my family and friends. We look forward to working with Ben again in the future.

Creative Home Remodeling Group, Inc. We had water damage from a leak in the house (Manufactured Home) main bathroom which leaked for a few days without knowing. Not a leak really, but a high-pressure hot water spray. Lots of damage. We had the opportunity to see what the damage was we could just do a remodel on that bathroom. Walk-in shower, tile, recessed lighting, new window, the whole deal. So, we decided on Creative Home Remodeling to do the work. Not the best choice I ever made. Hadar is the salesman, part owner, and all around “schmuck”. He will come in do an assessment and give you a bottom-line price. At the same time, he is selling his company to you to get the job, he will mention, more than once how much he will make you his “priority” and that once the job starts they will be here every day until the job is done. That is total BS!! We signed a contract with them 0n 9-6-23. We made the final check out to them on 12-15-23. 3 months to do a remodel on a bathroom?? Part of that time, maybe 2 weeks was because of a delay in supplies, as we decided to change the size of the shower. But still 3 months?? There were days that no one showed up even though I was told there was going to be someone here. Hadar has so many excuses as to what the delays are for. It was getting so ridiculous that I thought about hiring a different contractor to finish the job!! So closer to the end of the job, after I got tired of all his BS, I called him out on the amount of time this is taking. Of course, there was another excuse and he was so p***** off because I called him out, he stopped coming by to see the work that had been completed. For a solid 2 weeks to the end of the job I never saw him again. What a joke!! So the job is completed – overall, it looks ok. I am not thrilled with the workmanship of some of his workers as things were finished kind of half assed!! Cracked tile in the shower, lousy job of final paint, and patchwork on the wall’s sucks!! Bottom line is I am not thrilled with this business at all. I would never hire them again to do anything for me, and we have 2 more jobs coming up to get a contractor for. And it’s not the owner (HADAR) that makes this company successful, it is the workers that do all the work.

I had my old fiberglass bathtub/shower converted into a beautiful tiled walk-in shower done by Creative Home Remodeling, and it looks awesome! We decided to put a balcony/deck on the back of our house and after hiring a different contractor, who was giving us what we thought was a great "deal", it quickly turned into a nightmare and money pit. I called Kris to come save us and it was immediately clear the difference in professionalism, attention to detail, and expertise. If you need an addition built on your house, I'd highly recommend you give Creative Remodeling a call. We used them to add a master suite which makes our house much more livable. We've also decided to add decking in the back yard off the the back of the house. Oh, and this was after working with them during Covid on a kitchen and 2 bathrooms. So that makes us repeat, on repeat, on repeat customers. The work is quick, to a good quality, and they listen to what the customer wants and have dealt with the odd snafu without any push back. Highly recommended.

It is almost impossible to find the right words to describe just how pleased we are with the work Ben Sviri and his team from Creative Home Remodeling Group did for us during our recent bathroom remodeling project. We are very happy with their excellent work. At the beginning they gave us a very comprehensive assessment of what we needed to do to accomplish our goals, and they provided a detailed and competitive bid. From the outset, and throughout the project, Ben provided excellent communication, answered our all our questions, and responded to our needs in a timely, thorough and flexible manner. All along the way, he informed us in advance about the steps and timeframes in the process. He orchestrated this complex process with great deftness. He arranged the work schedule, fit together all the pieces of the puzzle and kept us fully informed. His workers showed up on time. They were all professional, courteous, and efficient. And they cleaned up after themselves. But most of all, his team displayed a high level of skill. We are grateful to each of them for their very good work: Ariel the plumber, Francisco the framer, Fredo and Fernando the electricians, Angel the tile guy, and Gregorio the painter. We didn’t need the inspector’s comments to know that they had done a good job, but his glowing remarks on the final product affirmed our own assessment. We were also very pleased that the project was completed within the timeframe we had agreed upon. Despite a couple of delays that were unforeseen and not their fault, Ben was able to accelerate the schedule so that it could be done on time. One often hears people say, “the proof is in the pudding.” The pudding, our new bathroom, is great. It looks great, and it’s functional. It’s better than what we imagined. Thank you, Ben, and your team for a job very well done.

In the last 10 years, my family has dealt with multiple contractors across different projects. From back yard remodeling to a wet bar conversion and now a COMPLETE downstairs remodel. To say that my previous experiences with contractors was not great would be an understatement. In fact, I was so concerned when we decided to remodel our downstairs that I interviewed multiple contractors with my guard up. Kris from CHRG was one and let me tell you from Day 1, he was honest, caring and made sure that he kept his word the entire way. These guys have my HIGHEST recommendation. If you need any kind of work done use them. Remember, you get what you pay for! CHRG was worth EVERY penny spent.

We had a blockage somewhere in our plumbing line and couldn't use our upstairs toilet for over a year. Our contractor Ben Sviri from Creative Home Remodeling Group came out to our condo with his plumber to assess it. Not only did they find the blockage (PVC pipe), they also removed it and patched it up the same day! We definitely recommend them with any home project you may have.

From start to finish our kitchen remodel was handled by Kris as the General contractor who kept everything on schedule and was completed within 2 months with some of the hottest days in recent memory. His skilled crew started with demolition moving toward a complete flooring installation with porcelain floor tiles. The white kitchen includes a new electrical sub panel, hood, and American Standard sink and faucet. Daltile Quartz countertops and flooring was used throughout and provides commercial quality effects and beautiful finish. Cabinetry was provided through a third party and was completed within a day. The quality of the cabinetry was that of RTA and not really that semi-custom, as I hoped for. Otherwise, I would have provided a five-star rating for Creative Home Remodeling Group.
