"I called Tuesday for a quote, call back asap, they cleaned on Friday. Now that's service! My house is clean, but due to illness things were falling behind. The ladies they sent to clean were very warm, spoke perfect English and did a great job. Time to enjoy the weekend relaxing not scrubbing. Thank you! SHC"

"We hired Intex Cleaning Specialists for our office move-out cleaning, and they did an absolutely fantastic job! Adam and his team were professional, thorough, and incredibly efficient. They left the space spotless—far exceeding our expectations—and made the entire process seamless and stress-free. From the carpets to the windows, every detail was handled with care. Communication was great from start to finish, and the pricing was very fair for the high-quality service we received. If you’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented cleaning company, I highly recommend Intex Cleaning Specialists. We will definitely be using them again in the future!"

They used safe products that left everything fresh and clean without any harsh smells. I’m beyond happy with the result and will definitely use this service again. Carpet Cleaning questions, answered by experts

Vacuum regularly, clean spills promptly, and rotate rugs to prevent uneven wear.

If you’re renting a carpet cleaning machine, the company should clean and sanitize it in between uses. If you’re concerned about cleanliness, you can ask the company about their process before you commit to renting the machine.

Yes, vinegar can remove poop stains. How long the poop sits on your carpet will determine how many rounds of solution you’ll need and the length per round. One round should be enough if you’re dealing with a fresh stain, but more stubborn stains might require longer rounds. If you prefer a more effective way to remove dog poop, consider an enzyme cleaner that can break down both stains and odor.

While they both help to penetrate tough fibers and have similar designs, there is a difference between an upholstery cleaner and a carpet cleaner. Carpet cleaners are much tougher on stains and use much more concentrated solutions, while upholstery cleaners are a bit softer on fabrics and use lighter solutions. While an upholstery cleaner may work on a carpet, your carpet cleaner might be too rough on your upholstered furniture.

No, you cannot steam-clean a silk rug. While steamers are a staple for cleaning area rugs, specifically oriental, the same doesn’t apply to silk rugs. The heat from a steamer can seriously damage its fibers. And since you probably don’t want to replace your stunning rug, it’s best to stay safe and keep steamers away from it.
