I had a leak coming down my wall and cabinet in the kitchen, and I placed an emergency request for help. Ruben showed up first thing the next morning to figure out what was going on. I was very nervous that my problem was going to be serious, but when Ruben found the problem, it turns out that it was an easy fix. Ruben was quick and neat and a pleasure to deal with. I won't hesitate to hire him again or recommend him.

My hot water heater began leaking on the Sunday of Memorial Day weekend - yikes! After requesting a quote via Angi, I received nearly instant communication from Ruben, who then sent me lots of information about what likely needed to be done and what it would cost. He was available same day, and he was able to replace my water heater neatly and efficiently. I am thoroughly satisfied and impressed. So happy he could help me on the holiday weekend. I'm very appreciative.

Empire Plumbers sent Kevin to our residence yesterday to replace a leaking garbage disposal. Kevin arrived within the time window scheduled. He did a wonderful job for us. He is a clean worker making sure the wet under sink area was completely dry after the install. He also arrived wearing rubber booties over his work boots which was appreciated as we have wood floors. He cleaned up the work area nicely before leaving the premises. To add to all these attributes, he is a nice, very well mannered man. Thank you Empire Plumbers.

HIGHLY recommend Ruben and his team! Ruben is highly responsive and you can just tell he cares deeply about his company. As a small business owner, that means a lot because I am the same with my customers. Ruben scheduled Levi to come out next day and he replaced our old toilet with a new one and also installed a new kitchen faucet for us. Levi was courteous, efficient, and did an overall fantastic job. Best part is they are extremely reasonable. We had been using our former plumbing company for over a decade and their honesty level was slipping and they started charging a ridiculous amount just to come out and diagnose. I looked high and low and am very pleased to have found Ruben and his team who I will be using from now on!

They were VERY fair. It was a Touch Delta kitchen faucet. Couldn’t fix it, so didn’t charge me. Gave me a cost to install new one; my option to have them buy it or I could. I decided to buy myself due to Black Friday sales coming up. Great customer service too.

Truly amazing and reasonable. The company was prompt. The plumber was positive thinking, friendly, knowledgeable, clean, and truly incredible.He went on the roof and got more than one line. He also was able to devise a way to open the drain outside the sink and put it out. The drains are working better than they have in years. It seems almost miraculous that water from the dishwasher is draining again as a bonus after 4 or 5 years of thinking it was broken. There is a lot of soap scum that I have to get rid of. What a bonus! The2 sinks drain super good. The price was reasonable and they stood by it. Of course, I mentioned on Angie the likely need to go on the roof into the vents which it could have taken me a long time to find anyone for that. Everything was left clean to an amazing extent. I do not know how to thank them enough for such a wonderful job. I highly recommend Empire Plumbers and the representative was respectful to an older lady.

Reuben was right on time and did exactly what he promised. One thing I know about people is whether they are caring or not, and certainly Reuben is one caring individual. I was concerned about a water heater replacement and he said that he wanted to see if he could repair it before we even begin to talk about a replacement. He was able to obtain the materials and put in a new hot water pipe and fittings for the water heater and WOW - hot water! By the way, he has tremendous respect for Vets, police and fire and active duty and gave me a great discount. He's on my permanent list for plumbing! Thank you Reuben for a job well done!

Quick to get the job done

Our hot water heater stopped working and began leaking as well. I used Angi online and received multiple calls but no one was willing to provide me a quote without coming to my place. Then Ruben called from Empire Plumbing. I explained my urgent and difficult situation which, due to a remodel, included the fact that we had temporarily moved everything from our other home into our small condo. He was more than understanding and provided me with a complete and competitive estimate. He arranged for 2 of his servicemen to meet me within a couple hours. Rodrigo and Levi were amazing! Somehow they were able to maneuver in, through and around 4 flights of stairs and countless boxes without a single complaint. I watched as they worked and was amazed at how quickly they finished. Again, their friendly understanding attitudes took me by surprise. Needless to say, My first call for anything plumbing related in the future will be to Ruben at Empire Plumbing.
